“I don't care about atmosphere, but I love this place! Been here many times, food is good, and these kids know how to take care of the customers! When busy, they come to the car and take the order, for a minimum of wasted time! They've always been polite and friendly! I've been to just about everywhere around here, and Smitty's and Hwy 12 in Rochester are the absolute best!!“

“This was our first time stopping by the Arby’s in Elma, conveniently located next to the Burger King, Grocery Outlet, and O’Reilly Auto Parts. We stopped in for a quick bite and tried the French dip sandwich along with a classic burger. The food was fantastic—everything was fresh and exactly as we ordered.

We also appreciated the cleanliness of the space; the restrooms were available and well-maintained. The highlight, though, was the customer service. A young staff member—possibly of Hispanic background—was incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Overall, a great stop—and we’ll definitely be back, especially on our way to Seaside!“
