My son and I have never had arbys together. He loved the bell idea and wanted me to ring it as well bc he said he rang it just for himself lol the manager was awesome with honoring a coupon I later realized I could've used when I first placed my order. Great service and great brisket sandwich as well!
This Arby's was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the service from the lone cashier on duty was great, she was very accommodating. The interior was dim, as if they only had half the lights on. And when I checked out my food, I found that the cheddar and beef sandwich had the smallest dot of its signature cheddar sauce on the bun. Most Arby's I've been to almost put too much, where it's almost half and half cheese and beef, but it was barely there for each of the sandwiches I ordered.

The food quality remains high, but prices have increased due to the pandemic. The new candied bacon BLT is a popular choice, and associates are generally friendly. Drive-through staff are often polite and professional, with employees checking on customers and ensuring orders are complete. The new manager is a great woman willing to take care of problems and make things right, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Notably, this Arby's and others on Pacific Avenue no longer accept cash due to increased robberies. Despite some issues with cleanliness and employee behavior, the food is well-prepared and served with good customer service.
