This Arby's was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the service from the lone cashier on duty was great, she was very accommodating. The interior was dim, as if they only had half the lights on. And when I checked out my food, I found that the cheddar and beef sandwich had the smallest dot of its signature cheddar sauce on the bun. WARNING!!! THEY SWITCHED TO SMALLER SIZE PRODUCTS & DIDNT TELL CUSTOMERS. NO NOTICE OF THIS IS POSTED. HUGE RIP OFF! JALOPENO POPPERS & MOTTZARELLA STICKS ARE 1/3RD THE SIZE. WHEN I SAW THE HUGE DIFFETENCE IN SIZE, I ASKED THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION (PARKLAND) WHO TOLD ME ABOUT THIS CHANGE IN SIZE. LEAVE REVIEWS & CALL THE RESTAURANT MANAGER ABOUT THIS PEOPLE! I went for lunch and the worker at the drive thru was so incredibly nice and friendly. The manager promptly came over and looked into a issue I had ordering online! The food was hot and fresh. I will definitely come back to this location.
