“Rolls are always the best! To start I got the fried pickles which were crispy and came with a delicious sauce on the side. My sirloin steak was perfectly cooked and incredibly tender. The grilled shrimp was also very good and flavorful.”

“Vegetarian options are sparse on JBLM. However noodle and rice bowl are the saving grace. I love their tofu garlic sauce rice bowl and fried tofu snack.The food is cooked to order so be prepared to wait especially during lunch time however it's worth it for how fresh and delicious the food tastes. Furthermore price is fair due to the portions they serve. They even sell my favorite Japanese bottled tea brand. I recommend noodle and rice bowl to anyone who loves asain food!!”

“Very nice to have something of quality here on North Fort. The food truck that roams around is of even higher quality as well. I'll be coming here very frequently for food, all choices are great! This really beats waiting in line at the dfac, as it's super quick as well.The downside is that there's no hot meals here, it's all cold. That doesn't bother me though, since they offer fresh vegetables and fruits alongside the chilled items.All-in-all I'm glad this location is dependable and of higher quality than other locations.”

“A good sushi choice if you’re craving a quick bite and need a fast meal. I was a little disappointed that the chef’s choice sushi was all imitation crab (was hoping for primarily tuna or salmon in at least one of the rolls), but I still devoured the whole package.”
