“This Five Guys is special because of the crew who works there. I used to DoorDash off and on and got to know them through that lens as well. Just a tremendous crew all around. Jaird and Pilar remember me no matter how long its been since I've seen them, and I'm greeted like an old friend. Even when the AC in the store went out last summer, they all worked through the heat and the food and service didn't suffer. 100% the best Five Guys crew on the Eastside!! Thanks you guys!!“

“Top tier establishment! This may be the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to, despite the outside looking older. They’ve made some great renovations. Customer service was top notch as the workers were extremely nice and demonstrated high standards for ensuring food safety/quality.

Even though this was a late night order, the food served was outstanding, it tasted fresh and delicious.

There was a rude customer who came in tonight to complain and yell about her order. I felt very bad - the Wendy’s team dealt with her professionally and it was not their fault!“

“We were greeted upon entering, the energy in the restaurant was good with music playing and the lights on. One time we came and the store manager was working and neither of those things were happening which really affected the mood it was weird. Anyways, the manager on duty was Dae and he was very polite and welcoming. He made sure we knew that certain items were free to add on, he hit all his sale points and took good care of us. We like this restaurant a lot and are in every other week. All of the staff are kind and cool and informative. I feel like I know the menu well now because they're so on it. Really great spot, tables are always clean and the restaurant is well kept and stocked. My partner and I work nights and rely on this restaurant for an easy and filling and healthy meal and yall never disappoint.“
