I placed my first catering order for a company event and I made a mistake. I called and spoke to one of the supervisors, Bailey. He was so kind and helped me. He went out of his way to make sure my problem was resolved. Customer service has been lacking since COVID and I truly appreciate that there are still good people out there like Bailey that care. Thank you, Bailey for your follow through. I pray that the company appreciates your work ethic!
