The wait time with only 1 couple in front me was very long. Then the worker had my burrito tortilla sliding through food on the counter. I asked her to not do that and then she proceeded to slide it through old queso on the counter . When I brought this to her attention and said to take that part of my tortilla off and please not have my food sliding through old food she said “the queso hasn’t been there that long “ . After paying for my food the worker looks at me and said “ if it makes you feel better most people don’t mind! “ That next time I need to ask them to put my burrito on a tray. Mind you this is with management sitting at the tables . I found this to be very unacceptable to state I need to request special service so they can properly handle food like they are trained to do. I have never had this problem before except with this one worker.
The food was delicious and fresh and the service was amazing! 10/10 will definitely be coming back!

I used to work here and the people criticizing it should shut up and put on an apron. Everything made here is done by hand and for my entire career there, we were understaffed. If you came in on Monday morning with several surprise orders, each for 200 people, your prep guy just called out, and you made everything by hand could you do it in an hour and a half? Between catering, Doordash, and you over-entitled folks lining up out the door, there's no time for anything else. I'd like to see you put up with people like you for $16/hr. Quitting was the best thing I've done for my mental health.

Tried to come get dinner at 6 tonight and they were closed even though their hours say 10 for Saturdays… I understand having to close early by an hour or so but 4 hours early is ridiculous. Can’t rely on this place!!
I recieved the worst service ever at this establishment. The worker "Julie" was an absolute treesh bag and requested a tip. She was arguably the meanest fast food employee I have ever seen. This place needs to reconsider their staff and I will give my business again.

100% kid friendly in our experience. Better option than other fast food with veggies, protiens, and carbs in the burrito. Spice level kid or adult friendly.

Tacos were freezing cold. Chicken was tough and overcooked. Ordered a Diet Coke & it wasn't in the to go bag.Guacamole was a bowl of avocado chunks. Ordered sour cream and there was none. No salsa with the two quesadillas we ordered. Do better QDoba.
