Hi I came to the store around 1:30, and I ordered a number 7, and the person who took my order informed me that it's going to be 5 to 10 minutes as they are working on a catering order and they were rushing to complete that. I told her that I'm okay with waiting 5 to 10 minutes as I could clearly see they were tensed and the two employees that were working including her were rushing to complete that order. This location desperately needs new management. They are constantly short staffed and wait times are NUTS.Today my order was going to take 30+ minutes for a regular sandwich after I arrived for an online order pickup.
