I ordered an online mobile order at 12:09pm for delivery and took over an hour to get it delivered. Never ever order for delivery from this place. :/ Also, weirdly enough they no longer service Doordash here.

Ordered on the app and accidentally selected the Kirkland location. The Redmond location accommodated me by stopping me as I was walking out after I realized I made the mistake and fulfilled my order in the store. It was a bad experience I created on my own turned into a great one.

Hi I came to the store around 1:30, and I ordered a number 7, and the person who took my order informed me that it's going to be 5 to 10 minutes as they are working on a catering order and they were rushing to complete that. I told her that I'm okay with waiting 5 to 10 minutes as I could clearly see they were tensed and the two employees that were working including her were rushing to complete that order. I actually patiently waited for 10 minutes and I saw a banner that said new cajun chicken wrap and I wanted to try that and add that to my order, so I went to the register and I called upon that person and she told me "Sir, how about this when I'm working on your order I'll call you if you want to add anything thank you", in the weirdest attitude. I simply asked her will it be more than 5 minutes since I've already waited for 10 minutes and then she gave me such a bad look and with similar attitude told me Sir, we are working on a catering order and we're already 20 minutes late. I told her I get that that you're working but all I'm asking is that will it be more than 5 minutes because if that's the case I can cancel my order. This this point I have been very polite but she again gave me that weird look and attitude and says "Sir, I am so sorry your order is taking so long", while I could clearly her rolling her eyes.. At this point I asked her to cancel cancel the order because this is not the way to deal with customers, after I've been patient and polite and I also asked you for the manager's number and name. She writes it down writes the name Tasha and I asked her what is your name and then smirks and says Tasha.Imagine a manager of the store itself being such rude to customers.I get we are all humans, but there is a way to deal with customers and giving attitude especially when the customer has been nothing but patient and polite is not the way to do this.I hope Jimmy Johns either hire more employees or give better trainings to existing ones.

This location desperately needs new management. They are constantly short staffed and wait times are NUTS.Today my order was going to take 30+ minutes for a regular sandwich after I arrived for an online order pickup.

Wouldn't know. Ordered online and 25 mins later my order still was not ready and they helped all 12 people in line before me. They suck. Staff your store better people. I feel sorry for your employees! Worst staffed and over priced.

Every time I’ve come here, it’s so poorly staffed that I’ve had to wait 20+ minutes for a sandwich. Today I decided to plan ahead so I didn’t have to wait. I ordered online an hour and a half in advance and came in 10 minutes after the pick up time. First, I wasn’t greeted upon entering. I stood at the register for at least 8 minutes before someone looked up and made eye contact. Then, after saying I was there to pick up an order, the employee dug through a literal pile of sandwiches and handed me my bag. I thought this would be the end of it but upon unwrapping our sandwiches, the orders were completely wrong. I don’t blame the workers themselves but Jimmy John’s needs to seriously work on their staffing issues. Everyone there looks so stressed out and overworked.

The poor guy today, was all by himself. During my 15 minutes there I saw 3 people leave. To the owners, think about the math, the average order is $15 bucks, 3 x 15= $45 min. Min. wage for 15 min. is about $4. DO THE MATH PEOPLE. One bad experience also is shared WAY more than a good one. The only reason I stayed was because he took my order and money, so I was locked in. BTW- the sandwich was the worst I had ever had at Jimmy John's.... so messy. If I were the guy, I would have literally walked off the job. Unless that guy was the owner, then he asked for it.....

Maybe the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever visited. Terrible service, understaffed. We asked for ice for our drinks there was none, they messed up our order, seemed wholly disinterested in customer service. Don’t go here.

Every time I wat here, my order is wrong. I haven't eaten here in months after I picked up a sandwich to find it was missing all condiments, cheese and veggies and extra meat. This time it was missing all condiments again. That makes for a veeeeery drrrry sandwich. In addition, it was late. I ordered at 11 am for a 11:45 pick-up and when I arrived at 11:50 it still wasn't ready and I had to wait around. They had 45 minutes to make my sandwich and it was still late. After they've made my last few orders wrong, I knew I should have checked it, but I was already 10 minutes late getting back to work. At least they managed to get the lettuce and cheese on it this time.

I order my sandwich and waited 25 mins for them to tell me they didn't have bread. I work near by and have frequented this location may times and each time I am disappointed in the speed and customer service. No apologies or communication with customers at all. They seem to to prioritize online orders over customers that have been standing and waiting in the store. Will most likely not be coming back. I will drive across town to Jeresy Mike's or got to Pot Belly up the road for a sub.
