The food and service here was great, I received my pizza quickly and it was made in perfect accordance to my modifications I requested. All the employees were kind and friendly twords me which I was grateful for, and even with a long line and very busy staff, they still made sure to keep the lobby clean and trash from over filling, all qualities that their Issiquah location should take notes from. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! everyone who works here is SO COOL and the pizza is SO GOOD. i wish i could have this pizza EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
We stopped off late after a game and I was wowed by the customer service. The young man on the register made sure we took advantage of a special we didn't see coming in the door. 1 of the pizzas went missing but they went above and beyond to make it right before we knew even knew about it. This was a tremendous example to my teenager about what good customer service should look like. Great job team!
