I ordered pizza at 12:15 to be delivered at 2:15. The pizza was not delivered. I called to ask for the location. The staff member said it had been sitting there. I asked for it to be canceled because the new delivery time was 3:45...students would be gone. The whole point of ordering pizza was to feed student helpers. I ordered two pizzas and they were delivered to me both burnt and I mean not well done I really mean dark brown burnt!Called the store and told them and they said there’s nothing they can do for me. They cannot adjust the temperature in the oven and I told them that that’s not how to talk to a customer.That the problem is not the temperature of the oven. It’s probably how long they stayed in the oven. anyways, very bad experience
