Chase is awesome. Somehow my $10 coupon was voided and I was overcharged as well. Initially was told there was nothing they could do and after calling Chase was able to rectify the situation quicky and efficiently. Great customer service from Chase and rest of the staff here is always great as well.
Really hit & miss quality at this location. Some of the salads have obviously rotten lettuce but always the employees have been good about re-making them and also making a garden salad for us without bell peppers (allergic).Today I was told by Sarah (think was her name) that they NEVER customize their salads, which I informed her was inaccurate because we have been doing that for years and all the other employees have been great with this customer service. Pizza always tastes fine but I've noticed lately that the ingredients are being skimped on. Several times recently there's an inch or more of crust that is left without toppings. I'm left with almost 1/3 of the pizza being plain dough.
