The pizza is always great when we've gone to any Mod. Sadly, the guy making our pizzas at this location seemed out of sorts and also forgot to make the salad I ordered. When I mentioned it again, he said "oh yes" but never made it.

The service is terrible. The teenagers they employ here will just ignore you as you try anything to grab their attention. They are too busy chatting with each other to pay attention to customers and pick up orders .
The Sammamish location is probably the worst one I've ever been to.I arrived at the pick up time and after a couple minutes the Oven guy told me it wasn't even started yet!The two bearded guys at the counter just chuckled and laughed it off, like Who Cares??So now I've waited an additional "20mins" I finally get my order, I had ordered Extra Bell Pepper, Extra Onion, Diced Tomato, and Shredded Basil..There were NO BELL PEPPERS, NO TOMATOES, NO BASIL.And to make it worse still, because they rushed it the crust was totally burned... Totally Inedible..Because they had a 30mins wait by now I just threw it away..

If you’ve never been to MOD before, there is a novelty in making your very own personal pizza. I love MOD’s charred crust and unlimited toppings, and the employees are very kind. This location does get very busy though with the line out the door during the school lunch

Food was terrific from pizza to garlic bread to dessert. Everything was all around good it took a little long to serve, but it was worth it. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere was nice and energetic. This mod is located in a plaza next to lots of different store.
