This particular Dairy Queen in Sammamish was a bad experience. The drive thru employee mocked me before I drove away. Another employee came to his rescue and was equally as rude. She claimed to be assistant manager. She tried to explain why I was wrong and then decided (with a serious attitude) to just toss my order and make a new one, obviously trying to get rid of me. curbside pickup sucked had to go in after waiting 15 minutes and no they were not busy. food cold and ice cream melted. poor customer service no apology litterly turned back on me.
very clean establishment, staff was friendly and helpful and management was friendly and attentive
