“I have been going to this location ever since I was old enough to ride a bicycle. Me and my best friend growing up lived in bridal trails neighborhood and during the summer we would ride our bikes down to get ice cream. It would take 10 minutes to ride there by bicycle and around 20 minutes to walk. The part that sucked was going back up the giant hill afterwards, but honestly it was totally worth it! Lots of fun and great memories at Baskin Robins 31 flavors. My favorite flavor as a child was rocky road ice cream. Now that I'm older I have to say my favorite flavor is the very berry strawberry. Today I took my fiancee to this location for the first time. I told her about my childhood memories and how this is probably one of the oldest Baskin Robins 31 flavors locations in Bellevue. There use to be one up in Easgate but that one closed down and is now a teriyaki restaurant. We ordered the banana royal. It comes with your choice of 3 scoops, a sliced banana, whip cream, chopped nuts and your choice of 3 toppings. The topping choices were hot fudge, caramel, strawberry and pineapple. We decided to go with the chocolate mousse, very berry strawberry and love potion as our 3 choices of ice cream. For toppings we did hot fudge and 2 x strawberry. It was delicious 😋“

“Came in for a late night treat on 11/18 around 7-7:30pm. The gentleman working greeted me right away, let me take a minute to look around, and even suggested some flavors and offered me some samples! I really appreciated that! Although, I went with my usual brownie sundae.

The waffle cone is not totally leak proof so they have to give you the little paper cone and it does get a bit challenging to not make a mess when finishing the ice cream cone, but overall great ice cream. “Thank you Shirley. After a nice dinner, we were craving ice cream. We found Kwality Ice cream in Bellevue. This store has some very unique flavors from Pakistan and India along with traditional flavors. They have flavors like Rose, Kulfi, Saffron, Chicoo, Paan, Mango, Pistachio and more. When we went in, a young lady Shirley was working behind the counter. The owner was also present. As we waited our turn, the store got very busy. We were surprised that the owner abruptly left while Shirley was meticulously taking the orders and preparing them. She was overwhelmed with customers but she kept her smile and did a fabulous job. She took care of every single customer and everyone was happy. Didn’t hear anyone complain. She told us she had been working for just a week. Wow! “Updating review: Five stars for follow-up to make things right. I had a previously poor experience with an Oreo Birthday Cake Taco, and the management came back through to correct it by offering a replacement product. I got The Better Nutter Butter Signature Creation, and it was expertly crafted and generously portioned. The management and staff here really care about the customer, when you're willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, be kind, and communicate that you're not sure about the quality of something. They stand by their product, and the service I've gotten here has always been fantastic, even before my recent situation with the limited time offering taco.

Got an acai bowl which was good. The place is a bit too cold to eat an acai bowl in the winter though 😄 I parked at a nearby apartment’s retail parking and there are some street parking, but not sure if there’s other designated, more convenient parking spots.“

“Love this place. It still has that old school charm that you only get from a community full of love. Service is a little slow, but most of us don't mind because that's kind of the point. And the wait is 100% worth it.

After frequenting multiple times over the last two years and trying as many of the options from the menu as we can, I am willing to say confidently from grinders to homestyle pies, nothing misses here. But I will warn you they are HOMESTYLE pies. So the crust is soft and bready and I suspect similar to the grinder bread. They are somewhat lighter fare.
They're not exactly the same as greasy, yeasty poofed traditional American pizzas like what you get from Red Pepper down the road. So be warned, they are good in their own way, but may not be what you're expecting as far as pizza goes.

However we don't mind this and for what they're worth they are delicious in their own way.

Service is.. Interesting, they do have a lot of younger and teenaged age people working there. So I think they can be a little standoffish at first, as teenagers are, but if you get to know them I suspect they're nice kids. The older adults who we see from time to time seem really nice and friendly.“

I also really appreciate how fast and organized the service is, even when the line is packed. The staff always seems to work hard and keep things moving while still being friendly.

“Ah, Cold Stone Creamery! I don’t know what kind of wizardry they’re doing back there, but Cold Stone ice cream is so creamy. Like, suspiciously creamy. I don’t know how they do it. I assume there’s a guy in the back with a PhD in dairy science just whispering affirmations to the cream. Whatever it is, they’ve earned the “Creamery” in their name. That’s not just branding. That’s a diploma.

Now, the mix-ins get all the press. People love the mix-ins. But I’m here for the base. The foundation. The creamy core. It’s like building a house on a cloud.

This Issaquah location? It’s run entirely by Skyline High School students. I don’t think any of them need to work. They’re just doing it for the love of the game. Like, “Hey, I could be at home playing Fortnite, but I’d rather be here, folding gummy bears into mint chip for a guy who looks like he just woke up from a nap in 1997.” That’s me. I’m that guy.

It’s a teen hangout, but they serve old people like me too. We walked in at 9:50 on a Friday night, ten minutes before closing, and they didn’t even flinch. Just smiled, scooped, and let us loiter like we were paying rent. That’s hospitality. That’s Cold Stone.

There’s a fine line between laziness and genius, and these teens are skating it like pros. Instead of lugging heavy trash bags to the dumpster, one of them just casually rolled over to Fred Meyer, commandeered a shopping cart, and turned it into a mobile waste unit. Is it creative? Absolutely. Is it lazy? Maybe. But it’s also efficient, ergonomic, and kind of brilliant. That’s teenage ingenuity: solving problems with the least amount of effort and the maximum amount of swagger.

I always order something off the menu and then change it so much it becomes a new invention. Like, “I’ll have the Chocolate Devotion, but can you take out the brownies, add marshmallows, swap half the chocolate ice cream for mint, and also make it taste like regret and childhood?” And they just nod. No judgment. No questions. Just vibes.

My wife noticed I had more ice cream than she did, even though we ordered the same size. The server, Ayush, overheard and immediately offered to top hers off. That’s five-star service. That’s Cold Stone diplomacy.

They’ve got the classics like chocolate, vanilla, and mint, but then they hit you with flavors like “Honey Cornbread with Blackberry Jam.” It tasted like a scone that got tenure. And churro flavor? Sure. Why not. It’s November, so of course there’s pumpkin spice. It’s the law.

Anyway, five stars. I’ll be back. Probably tonight. Probably at 9:50.“
