Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). My experience is mixed. About 65% to 70% of the time, my order would turn out great. But the other times, it’s the opposite. The add-on and topping that I’d pay extra for, wouldn’t be there. So, I guess it based on my luck, on how my order turns out to be.
