Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer...

My experience is mixed. About 65% to 70% of the time, my order would turn out great. But the other times, it’s the opposite. The add-on and topping that I’d pay extra for, wouldn’t be there. So, I guess it based on my luck, on how my order turns out to be.

It’s Dairy Queen, so if you love their blizzards (Heathbar is my fave) then you can’t go wrong here. But, the youth staff needs lots of training on customer service and the indoor dining area is meh.
