Only minus 1 star since they’re open just for a single 8hr shift in the middle of the day. I love the food, the employees are super nice and considerate, and it’s probably one of the busiest stops in the city! I’m just sad I can’t pick some up after work since they close at 4pm.Vegetarian options: Everything they make has a vegetarian option! It's like Taco Bell with fresher ingredients. I had a crispy beef taco and a baja fish taco, both were delicious and fresh. I will go back next time I am in Washington State.

Great service from Cameron and crew today. This is becoming my new "home" location, and I'm over the moon with the level of service and quality of the food. Feels great to support a PNW business that treats it's employees well-- you can taste the love in the food. Highly recommend this location.
