“Taco time is so much better than the other guys in my opinion!

I’m a picky vegetarian with GI issues and several sensitivities which limit my options for fast food (let alone just trying to find quality fast food). I almost never eat out — partly because I’m a picky eater, and partly because most places leave me feeling weighed down or give me stomach aches. But Taco Time has been such a pleasant surprise! The quality of the food is consistently fresh and flavorful, and I actually feel good after eating here.

Even without a mock meat option yet (which I hope they’ll add in the future along with other veggie options), there are still plenty of vegetarian-friendly choices like crisp bean burritos, veggie tacos, bowls, and salads with fresh salsa and guacamole, etc. The portions are decent for the quality and price, and you really taste the difference in the ingredients compared to typical fast food.

The staff here are always friendly and efficient — my order is ready quickly, and they get it right every time. For a quick-service healthy spot, Taco Time really stands out in terms of quality, freshness, and customer care. It’s one of the only fast food places I actually trust.

“Came here on a whim to pick up a burrito bowl that would (hopefully) last 2-3 meals, and i asked for double carne asada. Not only did the lovely employee give me a very reasonable serving the FIRST time, but she was quick and polite as well. i was so impressed by the quality of food for the money i paid. i’ll definitely come back soon!“

“This is a GREAT taco truck place to stop for lunch. Seriously the best carne asada tacos I've ever had! I want to try the others as well, but the carne asada is so good I haven't gotten around to it yet. The grilled peppers are pretty spicy and the red and green sauces are good. If you are in the area you do not want to miss these.“

I enjoyed the pastor tacos, which have a crispy pork filling and great combination of sweet and savory flavor and pescado, one of the best fish taco. My partner got the chorizo burrito - big portion! Definitely going to a regular spot for us.“

“I wanted to give a shout out about this co. I thought it was a cheesy fast food place, but I wanted a burrito. I was really surprised by the excellence of the meal I received. My vegetarian had a Very good portion size ya lot of fresh cut veggies. Just what I needed and felt grateful I stumbled into such a good quality meal!! I left my jacket here on Cinco De Mayo with over $600 cash in the pocket. Guess what? Every single dollar accounted for, jacket returned me too. “First our waitress was to much in a hurry taking our order. Then brings us wrong food. When food arrives we sit and have no utensils. Had to ask a whole different waiter for service. Forgot several items and had to wait longer. The food was not good , I took one taste and ended up going to the bathroom to throw up. Either they had a major change or just was a bad day. Cuz I remember having a good meal a few years back when they opened.“

Their original Margarita on the rocks is my favorite. “This is a family run business with amazing food. Very fresh ingredients and flavorful meats. The prices are fantastic, plenty of parking, and quick service. The homemade Champardo is the best! It also has an “Excellent” rating from the King County Health Department!

“I have only been here two times as I moved to the area right before the government stole the freedom of Americans to move about freely... that being said, this visit - IN PERSON - was excellent! Matt, the bartender answered several questions and made a couple suggestions. I went with one of them (Carnitas and Scratch Margarita) and was pleasantly impressed with both! “One of the best places you can go. The hours change because of it is not getting enough business on 8th they can't afford to have the second truck there.

If you have never stopped by, I can assure you that the quality of the food, the customer service, it's truly the best around. And you get to support a local family operated business. My favorite is the the burrito. They are packed completely full and are so delicious. I live way up north now, but still come down an hour to eat here. It's my favorite.
