“THE BEST! We hired Taqueria La Silleta #3 to cater the Celebration of Life for my husband at the Cherry Creek Falls Event Center yesterday. From the minute I contacted Evelyn through the event and finalizing the payment everything was perfect. They brought an entire taco truck, had a varied menu and even supplied free desserts to honor my husband. The food was out of this world and every guest loved it! I highly recommend them!“

My daughter said chicken tacos are often dry but these were juicy with a sauce that was delicious and immediately had her approval. The people running this yummy joint were very friendly too. Abundant parking in the lot between the taco truck and train tracks is a bonus.“

“The quality of fast food here is just awesome. Every time we visit I order a Fish Soft Taco which is huge- huge!- and seriously delicious. There's some delightful flavor experiences wrapped up in that one taco! I don't even get the meal, but my children love their kids' meals. Healthy choices! I also LOVE their platter entrees which are only about $6 and their served on a real plate, if you eat in. This place is a great little treat.“

The drinks are big and strong, which was definitely a plus. However, I was disappointed that the fresh lime advertised was nowhere to be found—the drinks could have really benefited from it.

“I live off Maltby Road and this is my family's go-to place for whenever we want Mexican food. Hands down the best wet burritos around! Prices are very affordable which is hard to find this day and age. The staff is always been friendly and fast. Highly recommended.“

“Taco time is so much better than the other guys in my opinion!

I’m a picky vegetarian with GI issues and several sensitivities which limit my options for fast food (let alone just trying to find quality fast food). I almost never eat out — partly because I’m a picky eater, and partly because most places leave me feeling weighed down or give me stomach aches. But Taco Time has been such a pleasant surprise! The quality of the food is consistently fresh and flavorful, and I actually feel good after eating here.

Even without a mock meat option yet (which I hope they’ll add in the future along with other veggie options), there are still plenty of vegetarian-friendly choices like crisp bean burritos, veggie tacos, bowls, and salads with fresh salsa and guacamole, etc. The portions are decent for the quality and price, and you really taste the difference in the ingredients compared to typical fast food.

The staff here are always friendly and efficient — my order is ready quickly, and they get it right every time. For a quick-service healthy spot, Taco Time really stands out in terms of quality, freshness, and customer care. It’s one of the only fast food places I actually trust.
