Absolutely astounding. Friday the 13th was well celebrated by our impulsive decision to try this new taco place! Sure to be a Lynnwood classic before long, these folx know their food. Cooked and seasoned perfectly, served quicker than lightning, and customer service with a smile.

Taqueria Pollo Asado is a very good place to eat, often described as phenomenal and simply the best. It is a drive-thru or walk-up only restaurant with two service windows and covered outdoor seating. The exterior is a little shabby and could use a face lift, but the inside is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and very pleasant.
The menu is simple, offering a variety of different meats for tacos and burritos, with high quality ingredients cooked perfectly every time. Many customers eat here all the time. The Carne Asada Burrito is celebrated as the best in the county, and the steak burrito is also highly enjoyed for its melted cheese and right amount of ingredients. The breakfast burrito is also noted as very good. Burritos are wrapped super tight, are more than filling, and are easy to consume on the go.
The line sometimes gets long, especially at lunch time when it gets very busy, but it is worth the wait. A pro tip is to skip the red sauce and choose the green sauce, which is way better. They open early and close later, and the consistent quality means you always know what you're going to be served is delicious.
