THE BEST! We hired Taqueria La Silleta #3 to cater the Celebration of Life for my husband at the Cherry Creek Falls Event Center yesterday. From the minute I contacted Evelyn through the event and finalizing the payment everything was perfect. They brought an entire taco truck, had a varied menu and even supplied free desserts to honor my husband. The food was out of this world and every guest loved it! I highly recommend them!
Evelyn and her family do an amazing job serving delicious meals to our community. They are also wonderful supporters of our local nonprofit organization, and we are truly grateful for all they do. If you're looking for great street tacos, this is the place to go. Every Wednesday, they offer tasty tacos for just $1.25 each!
Classic taco truck experience, and very legit food. I've been missing good mexican food ever since moving from LA, and La Silleta satisfies my cravings. Very nice staff too.

It provides a classic taco truck experience with very legit food. The breakfast burrito with chorizo or marinated pork is awesome. The French fries and crema with a nice salsa are a game changer. The California burrito and civiche are tops. The beef taco plate and marinated pork torta with chips, salsa and guacamole are so, so good, with lots of flavor and fresh ingredients. The staff is very nice and the team is so nice. The place focuses on providing amazing food, good portions and at a decent and affordable price. It is a local family owned restaurant. If they make a mistake or don't have something, they are quick to make it right and leave you happy. There is a great deal on catering too.
