“Damm I don’t even know how to explain about this place hidden Gem but this food is extremely phenomenal flavors; their rice and beans cooked to perfection their tacos are super Dank not soggy tortillas like another places where it falls at parts, here the meat is well seasoned and you can taste how fresh is it, tacos are perfectly portion with good amount t of meat and the crispy tortilla make you feel you are eating a real Mexican food!
Please do your self a favor and stop by here and eat, plus service is incredible amazing and really make you feel welcomed since the first step there!

“Best carne asada tacos around and always charcoal grilled (as it should be). Love everything on the menu but the quesadilla is my favorite. Normally I’m all about that tacos but something about their carne Asada, cheese and flour tortilla just hits the spot.

Glad the quality from their taco stand days hasn’t diminished since moving to their b&m location. Now we can get it more often.“

“This place is incredible. BEST TACOS in Seattle 1000%!!! Wayyyyy better than Carmelo’s or Chukis or any tacos we’ve ever had. Brenda was so sweet and let us try the newest horchata drinks which were so delicious!! I don’t know what they put in these tacos but the tortillas and the cheese I just can’t even explain it I could eat these every day of my life. The salsa bar is one of my favorite parts with several different options to choose from. COME HERE ASAP YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!“

“The carnitas are crispy and subtle with flavor. Not aggressive in seasoning and just right. The beans are cooked with love and I can imagine a huge pot boiling them throughout the day.
My go to is the fajita because I love salsa bars. There’s a green salsa that explodes with flavor. It has a guacamole and sour cream taste to it with hits of acid. I can’t quite pin point it and it is so delicious with the freshly grilled chicken and peppers.
The food is delicious and the reviews all highlight the local “realness” of this restaurant. As a person of color, I love seeing all the diversity coming through here which reminds me of the heart of Beacon Hill. Prices are a little higher and I respect inflation. That’s the only drawback. Food is excellent and service is excellent.“

“Had a fantastic meal at Kokos! The ahi tuna tostadas were incredibly fresh with great flavor and texture. The chicken tortilla soup was rich, comforting, and packed with authentic taste. The standout for me was the mole enchiladas—perfectly prepared with a delicious, well-balanced mole sauce that was full of depth and flavor. Great food, excellent presentation, and an overall wonderful dining experience. Looking forward to coming back!“

“I stopped by here while I was in Georgetown w my hubby. After all, I was at a loss for what to order after looking at the menu😖💧 So I asked the store staff for recommendations. And we ordered Super Burrito chicken and one is spicy one. There are various menus, so if it's your first time like us, it would be helpful to check online or the menus I posted. And the parking lot is only street.
Basically, takeout, quick service here like a food truck.

Freshly made burritos are warm, heavy, and large in size. We could only eat half of it. The taste was good and we were full and happy.

“We had a family gathering for a late Sunday brunch at Hatch Cantina. The server was extremely aware and careful to make sure that one of our guests had their food allergies taken care of. He also carefully crafted a special nonalcoholic drink for 2 guests. The food was excellent. Several guests commented on that. The manager checked on us twice to see how everything was. Highly recommend!“

I want to try the others as well, but the carne asada is so good I haven't gotten around to it yet. The grilled peppers are pretty spicy and the red and green sauces are good. “Malena's is my favorite taco in Seattle. The burritos are HUGE and the tacos (hard shell) are delicious. Guacamole is legit and i could eat their salsas with everything. Cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Rolled tacos as good as Olvera street in LA. Burritos put chain stores to shame. Such good food and freshly prepared to order.“

“I absolutely love this place. Best mexican food I’ve tried in the Seattle area. I’ve been going here pretty regularly since 2019 and have not had a single bad experience. I always get a chicken burrito with whole black beans and no dairy. The rice is always tasty, never too much either. They’re generous with the protein. The seasonings are used well, but the magic comes with the sauces. Most taco trucks just use standard suppliers for their ingredients and you can tell, but not here. They make their own sauces. They have a red sauce, green sauce and a spicy sauce. I always get the spicy sauce. Its maybe more spicy than many people could handle but used sparingly still packs a solid flavor-punch.Burritos are my default because they are amazing value. $11 for effectively two meals.I’ve gotten each arrangement and combination a few times, and my go to for a more reasonable portion is three chicken tacos. At $2.50 a taco its also a pretty good deal.I don’t think there are any additional charges for meats (except lengua) so getting carne asada, barbacoa or carnitas isn’t any different. I would highly recommend the barbacoa on tacos or butritos.“
