Mama Chavez's Tamales & More offers high quality food, high quality taste, and friendly staff at the heart of Belltown. The location has a very intimate and homey atmosphere. It serves authentic Northern Mexican Cuisine with great carne asada and tamales. Mama's Al Pastor and Carne Asada tacos are legit and very good. The chicken fajita burrito is so good it can be finished in one meal. There is real authentic Mexican street food made with love, with great depth in the hot sauce. The very tiny storefront serves delicious late night bites with great sauce. Flavors are amazing, including tamales, tacos, chips, guacamole, and tres leches. Prices cannot be beat downtown. Customers are treated like family at this ma and pa type business.
