“I have to say, not only the food was amazing but so was the service! It was me and my husbands first time here and I will gladly say we will not be going to any other place for menudo! This is going to be our go to spot! It was fresh , delicious and our bowl was full! Shoutout to Luis! He made our visit absolutely memorable. He was so helpful to my husband while ordering and he came to our table to get to know us! He even treated us to a new dish that was like a fried taco with beef and potatoes. Amazing! 10:10 highly recommend“

My favorite go to order is a Crunch wrap supreme, swap the chicken for steak, no tomatoes, add pico de gallo, add avocado ranch, add green cabbage, order a side of sour cream, (once you have the sour cream mix the diablo sauce with it and spoon some on your crunch wrap supreme and take a bite 👌🏻) I also love the peach mango 🍑 🥭 agua fresca! “This place offers the best Mexican food experience around! I had the pleasure of meeting Marco, the owner, and he was incredibly kind, gracious, and welcoming. The staff was so helpful and patient with all of my questions, and they gave me amazing recommendations.
When I got home and tasted the food, I couldn't believe how incredible it was. It honestly felt like I was in heaven! Every ingredient was fresh, and the flavors were absolutely outstanding. My family was just as impressed and couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was.

“Centro is the best restaurant in Burien delivering a creative seasonal menu and every review is delicious! The owners are extremely involved in the Burien Community and the staff is amazing! Right now my favorites are the fish taco, salmon cevice and paloma. “I absolutely love this place. Best mexican food I’ve tried in the Seattle area. I’ve been going here pretty regularly since 2019 and have not had a single bad experience. I always get a chicken burrito with whole black beans and no dairy. The rice is always tasty, never too much either. They’re generous with the protein. The seasonings are used well, but the magic comes with the sauces. Most taco trucks just use standard suppliers for their ingredients and you can tell, but not here. They make their own sauces. They have a red sauce, green sauce and a spicy sauce. I always get the spicy sauce. Its maybe more spicy than many people could handle but used sparingly still packs a solid flavor-punch.Burritos are my default because they are amazing value. $11 for effectively two meals.I’ve gotten each arrangement and combination a few times, and my go to for a more reasonable portion is three chicken tacos. At $2.50 a taco its also a pretty good deal.I don’t think there are any additional charges for meats (except lengua) so getting carne asada, barbacoa or carnitas isn’t any different. I would highly recommend the barbacoa on tacos or butritos.“

“This is our favorite place to go for Mexican in the Burien area! A wonderful family owned place. Small, so sometimes it might be a little crowded depending on the day but still very handleable. No bar (however the Renton location has one.) but they have great drinks. Love their margaritas! Everyone that works here is so hospitable and sweet! Sometimes when I don't come in with my family I get teased. 😅 Our favorite items are the chicken chimichangas, the Durango burrito and the basic chicken burritos. Come on in you won't regret it!!“

Went in thinking tacos, but found they had so many different items I can’t find other places. 2+ years later I go back for things like big tortas, some nice alambre, a pizza-esque sope, and huge amazing lamb birria and quesabirria on weekends. The food is priced generously for the portion as well. This place is held in high regard for other reasons, things are always well-kept and clean, especially where it’s most important.
