“I love the crispy beef burritos that you can only get at Taco Time. This is my first time at the Taco Time in Fife, and I went inside to order and eat, so that may be the reason that I was given containers of sour cream and mild sauce instead of packets of hot and hotter sauce that just isn't as good as the sauce in the containers for dipping my crispy beef burritos in.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Burrito is very good. It has crunchy cabbage, corn, lettuce, beans, and more, wrapped in a soft flour tortilla shell. I'm not a vegetarian, so I ask for ground beef to be added. But it is good without the meat too.“
“Found this little taco truck/trailer by accident. I saw they had Birria tacos and decided to try them out. The. Real. Deal. Holyfield! Tender meat, crispy yet delicate tortilla, so much cheese and perfect consume for dipping was absolutely brilliant. Service was friendly and I appreciated the buzzer when my order was done. Will definitely come back. There’s a reason to come to Fife!“

“10 stars!!!! This has to be the BEST authentic Restaurant in Tacoma and Seattle area! We came here on a Saturday night to celebrate my birthday with a few friends. When we arrived the place was packed! First thing you notice is the great ambiance. This place is clean and is decorated with bright happy colors. Everyone from the girl that was at the front to the waitstaff was very friendly and seemed like they loved being there. The prices here are super affordable and they have amazing options. We all ordered something different to drink and every single drink was spectacular! The beans and Guack appetizer was delicious. One couple at our table decided to share a burrito meal and the cook made them two smaller burritos(see picture) instead of giving them the one large burrito and having them cut it. We thought this was AMAZING that the cook thought about this. Never ever have we seen that before. EXTrA points!!! I had the flautas and trust me when I say...I'm still thinking about them now and wishing I had more! My husband had the birria tacos and loved every single bit. We all were amazed at the amazing food and flavors. Very authentic. Shout out to the cooks. You guys are killing it. The corn cake was also a huge win. I had been craving corn cake for a long time and this was the best I have ever had! This place overall would get alllll the stars! We all left talking about this place and how we have to come back soon. We all kept talking about what we would have next time. Oh and this place has a great birthday celebration that pretty unique and fun! It's a MUST try! We will be back. I'm amazed this place doesn't have people lining up outside! Give this place a try and I promise this place will not disappoint. Best restaurant we all have been to in Tacoma with prices you can't beat these days. Great job to every person that works here! “This is our go to restaurant for a celebration or special event. Top notch service, great atmosphere, and by far the best $40 wagyu steak I've ever had. I always get the Vacio wagyu. Order it rare, as it comes served on the hot stone so you can cut it and sear each individual bite at your table. The papa loca and the roasted poblano corn are my favorite sides. Will be back for more soon!Kid-friendliness: They don't really have a kids menu, but they are happy to accommodate. My nieces got the carne Asada quesadillas. The dish comes with two quesadillas so they probably could have shared one order but were happy to have leftovers.“
“Cactus was an amazing surprise! I come from Texas where the TexMex is abundant and I didn’t expect to find some familiar flavors up here in Washington! The spicy mango michelada was refreshing and the birria tacos and fajitas were great! Whenever I come back to visit, I’ll be sure to stop by Cactus!“
“First of all this place is clean and spacious. The customer service is top tier and fast service. The food! The food is delicious. We had the pizzadilla, 5 tacos plate and the birria fries. Let me tell you they did not disappoint!!! Everything was delicious, great portions and fresh. It’s a 10 out of 10 for us and we will definitely go back.“

“Always on point and delicious. What I recommend is the MALIBU PLATE. Once you try that it's gonna make you want to go back for more. I love how this place gives you 4 different salsas, grilled onions, fried peppers, and some potato wedges. It compliments everything well. Definitely go give them a try...it's my GO TO Taco Truck.“
