“Compared to other Subway locations, this one stood out right away because the vegetables looked very fresh—especially the tomatoes and cucumbers. It was around noon and everything was well stocked. Staff were very friendly, and the service was quick. Prices are the usual for Subway. I built my own sandwich and was very happy with it.“

“We went to this location in Redmond town center skeptical about eating at a regional chain restaurant. Were we ever surprised! The setting was spacious, clean and pleasant. The staff were hard-working and eager to answer any questions, particularly about making vegan adjustments. In fact, the menu offered suggestions to make entrées vegan. We arrive just before the start of the lunch shift; the place was empty. By the time we left, the place was packed and a line had formed at the order encounter. We were wowed by the avocado quinoa salad with tofu added on as well as the crispy salad with tofu added on. Everything was fresh and delicious. We also tried the vegan oatmeal cookies; even the carnivores in our group enjoyed these.“
