“Always a big fan of Wetzel's Pretzels. Was very happy to see this food stand opened in the Alderwood mall where I have always stopped by to pick up the pretzel nuggets. Somehow I like it the nuggets way than the actual pretzel. They have been very consistent whenever I have stopped by. Soft, fresh nuggets with different flavors. Also love the lemonade. Always refreshing, not so sweet which I totally like it! Sometimes this place can be crazy, long lines and 2-3 staffs; they struggle to serve quickly. Other than that absolutely no complaints!“
“I just wanted to grab a pick me up so I went to the Alderwood Mall foodcourt side Auntie Anne's. I ordered a large original lemonade and a cinnamon sugar pretzel, and wanted to use my reward coupon. The coupon wasn't scanning correctly but the cashier and one of the bakers, Mikey and Erin, helped me and patiently figured it out for me.When I got my lemonade, I accidentally knocked it over spilling on their counter and floor. I felt so bad but they kindly showed me to the napkins and refilled my drink for me. Mikey and Erin were super kind throughout the interaction, and they even complimented my outfit! The hype team I didn't know I needed! Their natural and friendly engagement made the wait for a fresh cinnamon sugar pretzel super short and enjoyable. I am one happy bean with a fresh-out-of-the-oven pretzel and tasty lemonade (I love the crunchy airy ice too)!“
“Really great experience here this morning, service is friendly and helpful. Got the vegetarian breakfast sammie (egg, cheese, tomato slice on a scone/biscuit), soft heart pretzel, bienenstich (almond pastry), drip coffee and americano. The pretzel was hands down the best carb we had here, soft, just the right amount of salt, chewy, not too dense. The bienestich wasn't too sweet, almonds candied, filling light- yummy. The breakfast sammie was crispy on the outside, soft and warm, little bland, would have been super yummy with a side of jam!“
“Walked past this place many times but never tried the pretzels until last week! The best part, they make it fresh. Thought I will pick up the pretzels and nuggets; but they started making it right after I ordered. It didn't take much time though.The pretzel was hot and very soft! Loved it! The nuggets - they call it pretzel bites - was delicious too. We picked the Cinnamon & powdered sugar flavors! Very good and nothing to complain about.It's a typical mall food outlet. Service was great. The lady at the counter was very sweet! Seating is at the food court. casual place!“
“I ALWAYS GO HERE. PRETZELS ARE MY RELIGION. MY NAME IS PO FA AND I LOVE PEPERONI PRETZELZ. Better than cold stone. I like to get 3 cheese dips with my pretzel because I dream about them. And sometimes I wish I was married to them. If any worker from auntie annes is single and is willing to bake some at home with me I’m so down.“
