Food was amazing and the server himself was lovely, but definitely is overworked. I used online ordering and was told up to a half hour and it took over an hour for our food to be ready and we had to go inside to pickup (no drive thru options). If I had known it would take so long, I would have gone elsewhere and cancelled the order as I had kids with me and had been hoping for a tasty but quick burger pickup. The food is so good but the drive thru wait on a Sunday at 7 PM is 40 mins long, I know they take a little bit longer but that’s ridiculous honestly

Shake Shack Alderwood provides a pleasant dining experience with well-cooked and seasoned burgers and fries. The lemonade is also a highlight, and the staff is so kind and always makes it right. The service is excellent and they really strive their best. While prices may be a bit high, the food is honestly so delicious. The menu features a variety of options, including grilled chicken sandwiches and burgers. However, some customers noted that the burgers can be smaller and lack flavor at times. There are only a few complaints. Pretty much 90% of the time an order is wrong. Bacon Lovers Beware, the bacon most of the time is almost raw or barely cooked. Some customers also waited 20 minutes for two milkshakes and one onion ring and felt it was not worth the money. Overall, Shake Shack Alderwood remains a solid choice for quick, tasty meals, especially compared to other burger chains nearby.
