Peace of Mind Brewing Brewery •
18411 Hwy 99, Lynnwood

“Came to check out this local brewery after seeing their post on how they might be closing and wanted to support our local businesses and try out their beers, of course! When I walked in, I was nervous because a lot of breweries welcome children but it's never spacious or have proper seating options (I don't just mean highchairs), but only stool seating you know? NOT Peace of Mind! It is SO spacious inside, booths and stool and even couch areas are available. The bartenders were so friendly and engaging with our kiddos. I loved the booths and the dart and game areas that they provide. Some might think it's a turn off, but I think it's cool they let you bring in your own food. They do have food trucks outside that had pretty decent Mexican food, nothing special... but besides that! Very cozy and comfortable brewery with friendly staff.“

“This place is great!! I didn't even know it was here. It's tucked behind Qfc/Elliott Bay Pizza. They have a great variety of beers. Light to dark. Definitely come in and get a flight to try them. Very clean place, and the owner (Matt) is super friendly. This is a place to come with kids! We parked at North Creek Park and ventured through the boardwalk and into 4 Stitch. Very cool way to do it. Bring your friends!! It's a good hang with friends. Can't wait to come during the summer months. I'll definitely be back!!!! ? Prost!“

Flying Bike Cooperative Brewery Brewery • $
8570 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle - 9.09 miles

“The beer is great, but the staff is incredible. This is one of those places that keeps me coming back simply because I love their staff so much. Even if their beer sucked (which it most certainly does not), I would still keep going here. I love having this place in the neighborhood.“

Hellbent Brewing Company Brewery • $
13035 Lake City Way NE, Seattle - 6.78 miles

“Very chill space. Casual vibe, lots of locals and regulars. Great place to visit and get a sense of Seattle and the local micro-brew scene. Couches, tables, barstools, wifi; upstairs there's more tables and couches, plus games and a pool table. No kids, 21 and older only. No food, but food trucks almost every day. And damn good beer. They have at least 25 on tap, moat they make themselves. Plenty of parking too. Bring your own food, or get it from food trucks or nextstore. Truly "come as you are" and bring your dog, too.“

“Gallagher's is AMAZING! I highly recommend to anyone that likes a good beer to stop by. Chris and Gregg at are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about all things beer. There are 8 rotating taps covering a wide range of styles and change often so everything is super fresh. Even if you have no desire to brew yourself, this place has an easy, laid back, unpretentious vibe. If your kids and dog are well behaved, you may bring them too!In early November, I was frustrated by not finding the beer styles I wanted locally so I stopped in. Man, am I glad I did! Two weeks later, with Gregg's recipe adjustment suggestions, I brewed up a full batch of English stye Porter. I kegged and bottled it 3 weeks later. Chris even cleaned and sanitized my 5 gallon soda kegs for me! The next day, I brewed up a batch of Czech style Pilsner. I'll keg and bottle it last week of December.I've tapped the first keg of Porter, and It's very close to what I was aiming for. I've already discussed minor recipe adjustments with Gregg to make the next Porter even better.Come visit Gallagher's. You'll be glad you did.“

Halcyon Brewing Company Brewery •
8564 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle - 9.11 miles

“I had just recently moved to the area and decided to try Halcyon Brewing - awesome atmosphere, great beers, and amazing food! The bartender at the time, Will, was very welcoming and friendly! I really appreciated him taking the time to give a beer recommendation based on my preferences (highly recommend the rice lager) and introduced my friends and I to Tuesday Trivia (also highly recommend). Would definitely be a spot to try out if you haven't yet!“

Hemlock State Brewing Co. Brewery • $
23601 56th Ave W Suite 400, Mountlake Terrace - 2.53 miles

“A small local brewery that makes excellent brews. No, eh beer here. From Pilsner to stout and IPA to porter they do it right. They have a great knack for making boozy beers that don't taste or smell boozy, which is also dangerous if you're not paying attention“

Crucible Brewing - Everett Foundry Brewery • $$
909 SE Everett Mall Way, Everett - 7.63 miles

“Had a few beers here and wasn't very impressed. I think the IPAs were a bit too bitter for the flavor that accompanied it. I am a fan of hoppy/bitter beers, I know a lot of people write negative reviews complaining about something being bitter when it is a bitter beer... The ones I tried just didn't have the balance to justify the bitterness.Overall, I don't think this is a bad place for a beer but there wasn't anything that set them apart and made me want to come back. Prices and atmosphere were reasonable.“

Lantern Brewing Brewery • $
938 N 95th St, Seattle - 8.62 miles

“I've been to Lantern a couple of times to meet friends. They have a lot of tables inside, but depending on the time of day, they may fill up. Also note that the place is kid friendly and the stroller and kid contingent tends to dominate the place earlier. If you want to avoid that, that grouo tends to clear out towards 7, consequently freeing up tables.About the beer: when I go to a brewery, especially in the PNW, I tend to eyeball their IPA selection. In the two times I've been to Lantern, what I've noticed is that they haven't had an IPA selection. That isn't terrible in itself, and it kind of forces me to expand my choices. I've had pales and sours (which they had a couple of the times I've gone), and had their gose the last time, which all of us enjoyed. For food, there's usually a truck. Last time was a nice Mexican truck, which was really quite tasty.Parking sucks. Arriving around 6:30 increases your chances because the folks with kids and their SUVs tend to be heading out at that time.“

Cairn Brewing Brewery • $
7204 NE 175th St bldg a, Kenmore - 5.51 miles

“Cairn BrewingEYB was created to showcase our love of Beer and Nature. We enjoy both, and both are enjoyed together. When we discover a brewery that supports our perspective, we make sure to find a way to support them. When we learned about @cairnbrewing and all that they do to give back to their community, city, and state, we knew we had to stop in.This is a warehouse style brewery located in Kenmore, WA. Kenmore/Woodinville are quickly becoming what the locals call the “eastside brewery district” The taproom has exposed mechanical systems with nods to nature throughout. Paintings of Cairns complimented by evergreen accented walls and various other plants make it clear, you're amongst nature loversTo complete the theme, dark, stained-wood bierhall seating is spread throughout, with TVs lining the one wall and garage doors that open to the patio area, on the other.Their tap list had a lot of quality crafts. While we were there, we tried:?Sunshine Saison | 6.5% Abv.?Party Time Pale Ale | 5.8% Abv.?Hoptraverse Hop Smash IPA | 6.7% Abv.?Spruce Hugger Pine IPA w/ Spruce Tips | 7% Abv.?Sippy Cup Hazy IPA 7% Abv.?Here comes the sun Hazy Pale Ale | 4.9% Abv.They don't offer food themselves but have a food truck most days of the week.“

Ogres brewing Brewery • $$
7693 Cultus Bay Rd, Clinton - 8.41 miles

“Ogres is the real deal for delicious, expert-crafted beers in a very ...unique setting. There will be ogres, of course. But also friendly dogs, chill neighborhood barflies, next door nosh and a super comfy vibe. The bartender will be friendly and knowledgeable. The only downsides are that their hours are very sporadic, and they are located on a gorgeous island in the middle of woodlands. Just right for a reclusive Ogre!“
