“A family friendly place with a preschool play area on the ground floor and a video game nook in the upstairs loft. The brews are pretty unique and yummy. My husband loved the two Belgian style beers, which is a style he normally doesn't like! Echoes' versions have a distinctly citrus-y flavor to them. But he fell in love with the Rauchbier. He and I both have never tasted a beer before that has a smokey undercurrent! It was a fun experience to try such new inventions in beer!My only complaint is that they need to require parents to be upstairs supervising their children if their kids are up there playing.Other than that, it was fantastic!“
“The perfect Venue for my husbands 70th Birthday Party? We rented the large event room which included tables & chairs. We decorated & brought our own food. Kids of all ages were welcome. Kimi & Marianna were amazing to work with!!! Art was very helpful with set up, clean up & the BEST Bartender?Thank you Western Red Brewery‼️‼️“
“Great place for beers in the afternoon. I prefer wheats, ambers, blondes, pretty much something with flavor, smooth and not IPA. Had their Blonde today, it was tasty and refreshing. The sun came blasting in this afternoon and it lit the place up beautifully as we finished our beverages. Chill place“
“The best thing about this place is the food! I ordered the BLT melt (grilled with melted cheese) and it was huge and delicious! I got the beef tortilla soup and it was so good that I asked for the recipe (no, I didn't get it). We also ordered the Italian beef dip and it was loaded with meat. The coleslaw came with it but it was a heavy vinegar base dressing, so that was a pass. Clam chowder was also too salty. Service was adequate, nothing special. However, the atmosphere was kind of nasty. It has a very old building smell to it and one wall is covered with dirty shutters and closet-type doors. Not attractive in any way. The floors were old and dingy. The chairs were metal with thin cushions on the seat. It would be a great restaurant to get take-out. I think their business would improve greatly if they just gave the place a makeover and kept it clean smelling with better lighting (very gloomy inside). Decent prices.“
“Great staff & great beers. Consistent & you always know what you're going to get. It can be a bit cold inside during the the fall/winter months but otherwise an excellent place for a beer. Light snacks are available and you're able to bring in your own food. Good place to unwind.“
“Amazing beers. Great service. I love to go around to all the breweries in Kitsap and Pierce County, Moment is one of the newer breweries that is on my list as one of my favorites. I will drink almost every beer style and I love the variety they serve. If you are in the area, check them out!“
“This is our neighborhood brewery and we are lucky! My husband and I do taco and beer night here with El Barbom tacos (yum!) and a Crane Castle beer. If you enjoy a lager, IPA, stout or cider, you are welcome to share our neighborhood spot!! Everyone is welcome here.“
“Always a good time at the brewery. My review is for the personal touch of our local brewery, they're super friendly and know their regulars. I am a sporadic visitor (ie. homebody) but I recently scheduled a meeting at the brewery and ordered pizza delivery. Well, my pizza beat me to the brewery by a good 30 minutes. Staff accepted the pizza and held it for me. They then called me to let me know. Great staff and great beer. Personal favorite is the Kolsch. Their sours are also good ?“
“We stopped in here for lunch on a busy day of running errands. I had the chicken pot pie, which was more food than I could eat. The server was great. Offering food suggestions and making sure we were taken care of. Service was quick. Nice place to stop and have a meal and a drink.“
