“New discovery! Needed more beer for the weekend. Took a chance on this little place. I liked almost all their beers, which is usually for me. Instead of IBU they use a different system that gives a balance ratio between bitterness and malti sweetness. For 4th of July, I got Uncle Charlie Light American Ale. 5.3% BU:GU 0.25“
“Stopped in while trying to get out of the heat on a 97 degree day. The place doesn't have air conditioning but it does have pretty good beer. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and the server we had was friendly and helpful despite the heat. Cool place!“
“Great food and cocktails. Best restaurant in Monroe by a long shot. Kickin ivy cocktail is magical. Also the garlic bread is fricken amazing. You know it's good when you smell like garlic for a couple days after eating it. One of my repeat spots in the Snohomish- Monroe area.“
“An enthusiastic 5-stars. Visited Audacity for the first time today and very impressed with the beer, layout, atmosphere and staff. The menu is a very eclectic mix of beer styles and all the ones we tried were top notch. Absolutely going back.“
“Good brewery in DT Snohomish! We stumbled upon Tree Bull after antiquing the past Saturday, and it happened to be their 1 year anniversary party. We were delighted by the party scene. They had a DJ from the record store next door, and home made food for everybody. We also had two tasting flights of their beers. The beers were all pretty good, but our favorite were the Mango champagne IPA and the Whisky barrel aged beer. Both of them are very unique and tasty. We will definitely be back in the future, and a thank you to them for their hospitality.“
“I was at Haywire Brewing Friday evening. I tried an excellent Hefeweizen. There was a food truck outside but I also saw people order pizza delivery. Small children and friendly dogs were everywhere. I noticed one table of people playing cards. It seemed like such a great place to meet up with friends, AND the drive from Mill Creek was beautiful.“
“Great brews and amazing pretzels + sausage. Sampled their End of Summer saison, along with their other 2 saisons and am quite impressed. Esp. their End of Summer is a really good brew. It paired very nicely with their amszing pretzel and sausage, which comes with cheese dip, mustard and sauerkraut.“
“I am so happy we stopped in here. We had a chance to talk to brewers Adam and Riley about their process and how the brew the beers. These two are artists! I was so impressed with their skill, craft, and creativity. Their commitment to using science to ensure their high quality ingredients result in a great experience for me was so cool. So glad they let us pick their brains, we learned so much. Would definitely recommend their Kolsch and Brewberry Pie beers. The food at the brewery was also delicious and they had a huge menu. We enjoyed the fish and chips and the kicked chicken BLT wrap. I’m looking forward to bringing my whole family here soon at what is likely to become one of our new favorite spots.“
“The food was great and it's a very fun and lively place on Saturday nights. It is great for friends or families, kids portion on the menu. The pretzels are chewy and amazing. The hot chicken sandwich and the brat are great as well. Nice, trendy spot in Snohomish, very fun!“
“A one man one room brewery and taproom that is located in a neighborhood and across from The Boys and Girls Club. Beer was great!! No food but you can bring your own and families are welcome. Monday is brewing day so you can see the brewer making the beer.“
