I have tried to reach out directly to Diamond Knot, and never heard back. The food was great service is absolute garbage. When you order starters they should NOT come out with your main entrees and we shouldn't have to go get our own utensils to eat with.
Also, as a server please do NOT tell us that at your old job you would not split tabs just because you were to lazy to write down our orders to begin with and we had told you we were gonna be splitting it.

I always liked coming here for their hot rock steak but overhearing rude comments from the staff regarding customers put me off. I expect the guilty person is not there since those types usually don't last long.
