“On Friday, Oct 18, 2024 we tried TK Noodle Cafe for the first time for lunch. The entire experience was beyond our expectations. Upon entering the small place, it was warm, cozy and spotless, and nicely decorated. The best was yet to come! The food was, well, the best Thai... ever. High quality fresh ingredients prepared to perfection. I enjoyed the Wonton Soup, and my spouse equally enjoyed the Goay Teaw Tom Yum, a peanut and rice noodle soup. As retired lifelong restaurant owners, we consider this spot a hidden treasure.“

“After doing errands at Alderwood Mall, we wanted a meal nearby. Instead of going to our usuals, I did a quick search and found Charm Gai, a Thai restaurant within an easy walking distance. The restaurant is a reasonable size and nicely decorated, not fancy, not divey, either. Service was practical and simple; we didn’t need much help, ordering quickly so we can finish eating before closing time. Overall food quality and flavors are homey, approachable, though none had a wow factor. If I live nearby, I would likely eat here regularly. However, I would not purposely drive a distance to dine here.
The Food:
Chicken Wings, $11.75 – 4 Stars
Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, these are tasty though not unique as a Thai dish.
Duck Curry, $25.95 – 4 Stars
Served in a red curry sauce, this duck curry is tasty and similar to most others we have had. Rice is ordered separately.
Spicy Noodles, $17.50 – 4 Stars
Rice noodles with chicken, prawns, and veggies, the four stars had a reasonable kick and flavorful.“

“This is my absolute go-to spot for Thai food. The Lynwood has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff members are always friendly, even when it gets busy. No matter what, I always order Stir fried squid with salted egg yolk—it’s a must-have for me. But what keeps things exciting is that they’re always introducing new dishes that bring me right back to home in Thailand. The flavors are authentic, comforting, and full of depth. Their cocktails are also incredible—perfectly balanced and a great complement to the meal. If you’re looking for an authentic Thai experience, this place never disappoints.“

“I've been eating at Thai Go for about 13 years, and it has become one of my favorite spots at Alderwood Mall. It's family-owned and operated by a husband-and-wife team, and the food is consistently excellent. My go-to dishes are the Coconut Shrimp, Panang Chicken, and Pad Thai. The portions are huge, the prices are fair, and everything is packed with flavor. If you're looking for great Thai food in the mall, this place is an underrated gem that's absolutely worth a try“

“We saw some good reviews and thought we'd give it a try. Great call! The place is excellent. I had the crispy chicken, which was the best I've had. I had it served with mixed vegetables that were perfectly wok'd, still crunchy, not soggy, and with great flavor. Food is cooked to order, fresh, and very flavorful. Staff is friendly and hard working. Will definitely be back for more!“
