“One of the best halal spots in the area. We came across this place while shopping and decided to stop by, so glad we did. The gyro lamb and beef shawarma were delicious and full of flavor. The chicken shawarma was very well cooked, juicy, and the kids absolutely loved it. The chicken shawarma plate was amazing, especially the sauce, it really stood out. We also tried the baklava, which was fresh and tasty. On top of everything, the hospitality was excellent—warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!!!“

The juices are delicious (green power is lovely with zingy citrus, parsley and celery) The gyro is fresh and tasty and the perfect size for a hungry Sunday morning. The people are the best and make this place a neighborhood treasure. Park a block away (parking right in front of the restaurant is rather tight; don’t let that discourage you.). I gave atmosphere 4 stars only because the cleaner uses a heavy concentration of pine sol; so early in the day it smells a bit heavy of cleaner (consider a lemon based; less scented cleaner?) But the place is sparkling immaculate, good middle eastern music, sweet shaded patio; lots of smiles and heartfelt welcomes (not fake). The prices are absolutely fair and excellent hours. There is a good reason that this is where the locals eat and why I drive from Fremont to join them.“

“I tried this place today based on Google reviews. I had the gyro and side of falafel. Food tasted really fresh and seasoned well, I was pleasantly surprised. I especially appreciated the good service. If i could change one thing about the service though, it would be hand washing, because they just went straight to prepping my order. I just happen to inspect restaurants on a daily basis, so I’m accustomed to looking at hygiene. Other than that— would recommend 👍🏻“

“The Lamb Schwarma plate is a feast for the eyes and the taste buds, with a portion to generously have leftovers later! The soup that comes with their plates is comforting without being heavy, and I could eat it every day. Also, if you love garlic, their MK fries are a must buy - my friend & I shared a half order, and came nowhere close to finishing them!“

“Cheerful, prompt service, great food, and a nice view of the Sound from the outdoor seating area, which is kept pleasantly warm in the cold months. The train is RIGHT THERE at times, a little noisy for a few minutes at a time, but no big deal if you're patient. There's a wide variety on the menu, something for all tastes. And the bartender made an exemplary Martini, to boot. Demitri's will be in our regular rotation for a meal out.“

“From my son: This is the best restaurant in the world. Go there now. 5 stars. He is not wrong! We go here regularly. The food is absolutely delicious and the customer service is excellent. We usually split the Factoria Platter (best greek fries I have ever had) but have also enjoyed their gyros and falafel. I doubt there is any way you could go wrong with any of their dishes. The gentleman who runs the place is very kind to, and engaging with, my verbose kid. He even gives him special little treats and samples sometimes. We really enjoy our weekly lunch date at Greek Pita. You will too.“
