Everything is Halal, so you know that the animals were treated humanely. There are also vegan options. Everything was divine, I was happily surprised to find a new twist on some of my favorites. “The owner is incredibly personable and is very involved with his restaurant. His staff is very attentive and have excellent customer service skills. I chose a faster made food, the Chicken Kabob (recommended by the owner) and there was nothing that made it feel rushed or made cheap even though the price was amazing for the amount of food that came about 10 mins after ordering. BEST DARN KABOB I'VE EVER HAD IN SEATTLE. I'm sad I didn't try this place out when I lived in the neighborhood 10 yrs ago. I'd be a lot fatter by now...“

“Came here on a hot 82 degree day and they had a shaded lounge with air conditioning, running water to wash hands, and reasonably priced food. I didn’t even think I was that hungry but once I had a bite I could not stop it was that good! I am 100% coming back here, what a pleasant experience. You can really tell the owner loves what he does and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful, even uses saffron for the rice! This is one gem of a food truck in Seattle.“

“Believe the hype! This place is fantastic! We came based on the reviews and were not disappointed. Gyro was very flavorful and the pita bread was toasted to perfection! Quality and freshness of the ingredients was exceptional, particularly noticeable in the falafel salad which had a simple but addictive vinaigrette and some of the best falafels we have ever had with crispy outside and super flavorful inside. Simple fries were super crispy, hot and fresh. So happy we came!“

“Hummus Cafe is one of those places that just makes you happy.

The food is authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. The Om Ali is perfect, the Mehalabya (rice pudding) is amazing, and the falafel and eggplant sandwich is honestly to die for.

What really stands out, though, is that the food feels like it was made with love. You can taste the love in every bite, and that's something you don't find very often. It's the kind of meal that puts a smile on your face and makes you want to come back.
