“I’ve come in sporadically over the past few weeks and I’m always blown away. Food is delicious, atmosphere is amazing, and service is outstanding. There is one waitress in particular that we absolutely adore - the taller mixed race girl (Kylee I think). She’s there every Sunday. She always greats us warmly and is honestly one of the best waiter's I’ve ever had. She brings the kids plates/utensils without being asked; she talks to our kids kindly, without any of that baby dumbed down talk. Even when it’s a full house and it’s hard to catch a waiters attention it’s like she knows what we need before we do. She remembers our orders and makes sure to talk to us as much as possible. And it seems she’s like that with every table (RARE TO FIND). I don’t ever write reviews. I just wanted to express our gratitude for the wonderful food and her outstanding and sweet service because we are moving out of state soon. You guys have a good one and better hold on to her TIGHTLY! 🥰
- with much love the Mendison family 😘“

“This so the third Stone restaurant we’ve tried in the area. Great food at all locations. The menus are different depending on which one you go to. This one seems to have more traditional dishes but all flavorful, well cooked and good portions. The seafood pancake was the best one I’ve tried, though the dipping sauce was kinda plain.“

“Fantastic quality and portion sizes. Some of the best chicken and beef Teryaki I’ve had. It’s incredibly fresh with a smokiness and you can tell the owners really care about the taste of their food. Nice people as well. My go to spot from now on.“

“Fantastic experience from start to finish! The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere. What really stood out was the service—the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
The best part was that they cooked the BBQ for us, which made the experience much more enjoyable and stress-free. The food was delicious, perfectly prepared, and served at just the right pace. You can tell the team takes pride in both the quality of the food and the customer experience.“

“Went to visit the Burke Museum and then get food. We wanted Asian, and this was the first out of six places we checked that had a better than 'okay' on the health rating! Food was very good, and it came out quickly. The banchan is always nice to see, some Korean places don't. All in all, worth the stop, would be likely to go again if we're in the area.“

“The service here was excellent and the staff were very attentive. As for the food, it’s clearly high quality, but it has a very distinct style. Unlike the 'Westernized' Korean dishes or the specific style of soup I’m accustomed to, this felt much more like authentic home-style cooking. The fact that the restaurant is consistently packed with Korean patrons suggests they are doing something very right. While the flavor profile wasn't quite what I personally prefer, I can certainly appreciate the authenticity and the effort put into the meal. Worth a visit if you are looking for a genuine, homelike dining experience.“

“This place is a hidden gem! Got the pork trotters & pork belly combo to share between three and were really impressed by the quality of the meat! It was not oily at all and was perfectly supple and tender. The waitress was very nice and would offer to refill our appetizers without us asking.“

“Delicious family-owned restaurant. So special, unique in the neighborhood. Small-batch cocktails - they make their own limoncello. Each plate is prepared fresh, in an open kitchen, with care and attention. These are people who care about their product and not just a profit. Enjoy the K-Pop!!“

“Nicely decorated fun place, good service. AMAZING spicy chicken teriyaki! They also have brown rice as an option which I appreciate very much. I am looking forward to trying more of the menu options, especially the Korean dishes... But the teriyaki is so great, I haven't been able to bring myself to order anything else (yet). The owners clearly care about providing high quality consistent and TASTY food!“

“Got combo of stir fried port belly and kimchi with seafood tofu soup; and beef bibimbap with pork tofu soup. Throughly enjoyed the dinner. The tofu in the tofu soup is sooooo soft and tasty!!! We liked the pork tofu soup more than the seafood one. Bibimbap was really balanced and tasty. Kimchi pork belly was not what I imagined give it’s not really stir fried together but we actually liked them separate haha. This kimchi was a lot better than the side dish kimchi. I like the potato in the side dish the most. Will come back“

“We tried this place after reading the good reviews and am so happy we did. My partner got the K-BBQ Bulgogi burrito and I got the chicken katsu burger, both were good but the burrito was great. We will definitely be back for that. Big portion sizes.“
“I bought about 10 different things from here, 3 kinds of kimchi and 7 other side dishes and they're all really really good! The veggies are very fresh and perfectly seasoned. I'm not Korean but I've had my fair share of Korean food and I've made my own kimchi for years and a lot of side dishes and entrees as well. But these are so much better than the hundreds of recipes I've tried. She gave me a bonus japchae that also tastes fabulous. I'm so happy I found this place!“

“It was my first time trying grilled intestines like this, and I was honestly a little worried it might have a strong smell, but they cleaned and prepared it really well. When the edges get slightly crispy and charred, it smells amazing, while the inside still stays soft and chewy. It tastes really good with grilled garlic.
The mushrooms were also really good after soaking up all the meat juices from the grill. The yukhoe was easier to eat than I expected too — once mixed with the egg yolk, the texture became really smooth and rich without feeling too heavy.
The atmosphere of the restaurant also felt really cozy, kind of like those small Korean restaurants in K-dramas. The lighting was nice and it wasn’t too loud, so it was a good place to slowly eat and chat with friends at night.“

“A tiny Asian spot off the Burke‑Gilman that I always assumed was a coffee shop. We walked in and got pleasantly blindsided. The Brussels sprouts were the star! Crispy, saucy, with bacon! Our one dish came out huge, and everything on the nearby tables looked just as tempting. They’re still setting up their new bar area, so no taps yet, but the place already feels like a low‑key gem hiding in plain sight. The waitress was a sweet delight too! I’m going to go back when I’m not riding my bike and I can be full right out the door.“

“I have eaten here for almost a year, and recently I left a bad review before about receiving spoiled food a couple of times and being brushed over it, but they reached out and made it right.
The food is generally really good, it's fast, and the people working are great. Thanks Late Night Kitchen“

“If you're looking for a solid AYCE KBBQ spot, this is it. For an all-you-can-eat place, the meat quality exceeded my expectations. Service was incredibly fast—as soon as we turned in our order sheet, the next round of meat arrived. The servers were super friendly and kept the drinks and side dishes coming. It does get busy, but the wait is 100% worth it. Highly recommend!“

“Modoo is hands down the best Korean restaurant in town! The food is consistently delicious, authentic, and beautifully prepared. Every dish we’ve tried has been outstanding.

“The Seoul Hot Tenders are great, though they are more like Nashville chicken, similar to Dave's Hot Chicken. The burgers are great too, juicy and well sauced/seasoned. However, they are not always consistent; sometimes you would either get dry or skimpy ones.
One thing I really want to mention is that they really are penny-pinching with the amount of sauce they give, so I always need to get an extra. I wish they were more generous, as the sauce is essential with the tenders. Plus, they also occasionally forget the sauces for takeout or delivery, so be aware. They will give you a refund for the sauces if you paid for the extras, but I still would not like this to happen.“

“Good tofu soup, especially the seafood one.
Everything else is so so, but the soup is amazing! I don’t recommend the beef or the pancakes

“Comforting bone broth and generously filled dumplings. From my experience, Korean speciality restaurants only serve banchan that directly compliments the speciality...and their kimchi never disappoints. I love ordering from here whenever I feel under the weather or I'm homesick.“

“I just came to Seattle for vacation and was suddenly in mood for good chicken teriyaki. I searched and found this store and drove 15 miles. Oh my god. It’s a gem. Really this is probably one of the top most teriyaki I ever had. I own restaurant and I a am foodie. I guarantee this quality of just a simple teriyaki is not easy to get in top class sushi joints also. Humble setup and awesome food. Even the tempura and roll was good too. The boba tea wasn’t that great but who cares.“

“My favorite Korean restaurant in the Seattle area! Their broth is always incredibly rich and flavorful. I’ve tried most of the menu, and it has never disappointed. “The best value in Shoreline — lots of banchan, fried chicken and dumplings on the tteokbokki on the buffet. The most unique item they have for the $35 dinner ayce is this marinated squid which comes out slightly sweet but smoky on the grill.

“Amazing! In this economy you couldn't ask for a better restaurant! The food is DELICIOUS and the prices are incredible. The portion sizes are very generous so bring a friend and your appetite. I've been coming here for over 10+ years and I still enjoy the food like it's the first time. My favorites are seafood jajangmyeon, chicken wings and tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork). I LOVE that the sweet and sour pork (or chicken) doesn't have red dye in it. The seafood jajangmyeon is packed full of flavor. Definitely give this restaurant a try next time you want don't want to takeout or a sit-down meal.“

“A very solid place for good traditional Korean soups. I had the spicy beef soup and was very happy. The place is not trendy and looked to attract a very local crowd. Prices were inline with other Korean restaurants. I can't wait to go back and try some of the other soup selections.“

“I had a great experience at Kokio Chicken Bistro! The chicken was absolutely delicious crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. The sauces were amazing and really brought the Korean-style fried chicken to another level.

“Unassuming and tucked inside a korean grocery stores food court, cho dang tofu had some surprisingly fantastic food that comes with your personal stone pot rice and banchan that tasted fresh and high quality. The kimchi tofu soup was a standout with its rich aged kimchi flavor, a rarity even in the most authentic korean restaurants.“

“Bothell’s Ta Joia isn’t your sleepy strip-mall filler—it’s a technicolor veggie parade disguised as dinner. I ordered bibimbop, spring rolls, and the feijoada bowl, which felt like a samba in a rice bowl. It’s the rare spot where “eating your vegetables” is less a chore and more a sly dare. Flavor bombs everywhere, and suddenly I’m craving greens I never cared about. That’s Bothell magic.“
