“We recently tried Sumi Korean Grill for the first time. It was delicious! We did the non-grill menu, which is significantly less $$ than the grill. There were 2 of us and we shared the Bibimbap. I wasn’t very hungry. If I had been, we would have gotten 2 meals, so I don’t necessarily recommend sharing a meal there. The service was great. Our server was very nice and attentive. I liked the atmosphere too. It’s a clean, modern vibe. I will definitely go back again.Parking: It’s in a strip mall so there is a large parking lot with plenty of parking.“
“Do not sleep on this place!! Okay the portion sizes are generous and the food is AUTHENTIC and it’s grilled for you on order! You can pick two sides and the sides are nutritious and good. If you wanna bulk you can opt for the marinated sweet potato and the Mac salad. If you’re cutting you can do the broccoli side dish and the pickled radish. For my main combo I did the chicken teriyaki and beef (bulgogi) combo and it hit the spot. My baby son enjoyed the food too. I actually spun the entire food court twice before choosing Palace and I’m glad I did. Five stars.“
“Top notch food with respect to both quality and taste. Very good selection of meats. Service could be a little better but they were doing well considering the number of guests, I read some of the negative comments before coming here to get my own feeling about this restaurant and think most of them were ridiculous. If you want cheap beef go to a burger place“
“Everyday for weeks, my good friend and roommate, Sydney, would not stop talking about wanting a Korean Rice Dog. It got to the point that if she mentioned Korean Rice Dogs one more time, I thought I might combust on the spot. Therefore, one fateful day, we headed to the only spot in Seattle that would properly fulfill her dream of tasting a Rice Dog—Chung Chun in the International District.Chung Chun is inside a Mochi Donut shop. It’s a small place and occasionally it has a line outside. The inside wasn’t the cleanest, but it’s fine because it’s practically a walk-up window. There is a small counter for eating, but there is only room for 6-8 people. The pricing was affordable.I firmly believe that Chung Chun is the best rice dog restaurant in Seattle. They fry them fresh, have at least 8 different options, and a wall of sauces to choose from. This is an authentic experience, and isn’t touristy. You can get sugar on your rice dog, which seems more American than Korean, but I’m sure it’s customary. We all ordered the potato rice dog and they were excellent. Piping hot, just the way mother used to make it. The crunch brought tears to Sydney’s eyes. We all were overjoyed seeing her dreams come true. She described the experience at Chung Chun as heavenly.I would not eat here often, as my cholesterol would shoot through the roof, but if you’re in the mood for rice dog, this is the place to come! The service was very friendly, and the girl who served us seemed like she genuinely loved working at Chung Chun. She probably knew that she was granting Sydney’s ultimate wish though, and who wouldn’t smile about that!Kid-friendliness: Kids will like this food.“
“If I worked in the area, I'd come all the time! Generous portions, quality food, great value, friendly and efficient staff. My beef bibimbap was full of meat and veggies; my California roll had an extra slice of fresh avocado on top. Can't wait to try their other bowls in the future. Owner was super friendly and gave my toddler a fun drink. Such a great experience here, thank you!“
“The slogan of this restaurant is "the best teriyaki in town" and it is SO TRUE. I've tried a lot of teriyaki in the south end, Georgetown and West Seattle and this place stands out for its high-quality taste and freshness, as well as cleanliness of the facility and the kindness of the staff. This is literally the only place I want teriyaki from in Seattle. A+!!!!!“
“Excellent place to get food, the view and meal were phenomenal. The lady who took my order was very kind. I ordered miso ginger taco salad which was fresh and delicious. I got a dessert too, malasada. The one I got was plain but I heard they do seasonal fillings. Cute area to walk around too. I'll have to come back!“
“11/10The meat was delicious and plentiful. The sides were good and interesting (as opposed to just a distraction from the meat). But where this place really shines is the service. I felt like I was having dinner with the Korean aunts I never knew I had.“
“We were here for lunch for the first time. We ordered bimbimbo, beef, pork and chicken wings. All tasted very delicious. The lady was very friendly and she was the one who in charged the dinning area. Her husband was cooking at the back. Pretty good food in this family own restaurant.“
“I first tried Korean food at a restaurant when I was in the Army near Newport News Virginia. I'll never forget my perception of the foreign-ness to the food. I remember there was a lot of meat and a fried egg cracked on top. That was over 30 years ago. I tried a lot of different Korean food since with favorites including Bulgogi, and all the meats... Today, I find myself here at Ohsun Banchan for Lunar New Year. I find myself thinking about what a change this has become from my original perception and understanding of Korean food. We got the Bulgogi that came with 3 banchan. My wife loves everything pickled, and I try... I like the cucumbers, but the rest isn't my thing. I want to clarify, I do like Kimshi, just not all things pickled. The Bulgogi and the purple rice was lightly seasoned, but very delicious. I would season more, but I do think we as Americans overseason. Great experience. Thank you Ohsun Banchan.“
“It was a rainy Saturday night, the kind of cold wet weather only fried chicken can cure. And thank god for Sodam chicken! We had the gold fried chicken with the YangNyeom and Hot BBQ sauce on the side, as well as kimchi jjigae and tteokbokki. Let me tell you, the friend chicken was an absolute dream. It was crunchy with the perfect amount of seasoning, and the sauces were perfect. Really wish we had more, hahaha. It was even good the next day straight out of the refrigerator. Sweet and spicy and mouthwatering. The tteokbokki is hella spicy, but not in a bad way, and the kimchi jjigae tasted homemade. I'm looking forward to visiting in person!“
“The menu has a wide variety of their specialty corn dogs. This is a unique dining experience. Not your average county fair corn dog. I had the half and half with a ramen coating. It was part hot dog and part mozzerella. The ramen coating was crunchy and delicious. It was great to see the place crowded on a Saturday night. The place is geared to take out. The service was fast and friendly. If your looking for something different, this is a great place to try.“
“We went for the first time and the owner was so kind and helpful. The KFC is superb and incredibly crunchy even after taking the leftovers home. The two dips we got on the side were house sauce and soy garlic. Both were great flavor contrasts. The pickled daikon really helped cut the fat. The decorations were very modern. I appreciated the decoration. It was nice icing on the cake but the food and the owners genuinity are what really makes this place a top notch restaurant. She should be super proud of what she's done.“
“We had just flown into SeaTac and wanted to get a quick bite for our drive home. I saw this restaurant on Google maps, so decided to try it. Pulled up and didn't think much of the place as it was small, and not well lit. As soon as we went in and ordered, the amount of people picking up to go orders was crazy! It took a little while to get our food, but given the amount of orders that were going we didn't know of, the time was acceptable. I had a burger, I don't recommend trying to drive and eat it, as it's huge and juicy! Great little restaurant, glad we found it.“
“Ordered the brisket pho ? and was very happy overall! So, you order first here before sitting down from their very large menu. I should have taken a pic.And the food comes out lightning ⚡️ fast ! They have a self serve veggie bar which is perfect for me because I love extra veggies with every dish I eat - esp extra lime. So, I got plenty of fresh lime juice into the broth making it even more perfect. And lots of bean sprouts and basil. ?If they added Huy Fong’s Chili ?️ Garlic sauce, this place would be perfectundo!Regardless, it has the normal siracha sauce from Huy Fong which is a must for any Asian restaurant. It was a great meal in the Renton area with plenty of parking as well.Parking: Next to lots of stores and a HUGE parking lot in frontKid-friendliness: Seems very kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“Ordered this on Uber Eats to have a quick bite at my hotel while in town. I was a little worried on how this would travel but was pleasantly surprised that it came hot and secure. I ordered the Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) bowl with sweet garlic chicken and added an over easy egg and a side of Napa kimchi (not my favorite). The chicken was super tasty but wish there was a little bit more in the bowl. It also came with spicy pickles (amazing!) and a creamy sesame sauce (YUM), which went perfectly.“
“Cute little shop with food made with care! I'm so thankful this place exists and fills the void of Korean food in the White Center area!!! Looking forward to more soup options eventually, I hope!!Parking: Only a few spots, working nearby may be required depending on time of day.“
“This is our favorite place for mochi donuts! All the flavors are delicious every time we went. Better than Mochinut and Dochi!! The donuts are even good the next day which was not the case for the other two places I mentioned. Service is always super friendly. We go there regularly. Highly recommend!!“
“Sushi chef made polite conversation and the servers checked in on me often in a friendly polite manner. At first I hesitated to get the rice with my chirashi bowl. But so glad I did, it was just as delicious as all of the raw plump fishes. Sooo yummy and delicious.“
“Had the spicy pork dinner. Gourmet style presentation with an adequate portion size to curb my appetite. I’d rate the spicy pork bbq Korean style in the top best 3 I’ve ever had. I will be returning to try the other wares they have to offer.I didn’t get the front of the house gals name but she was kind and very personable and made my short stay even more of a delight. A+ I highly recommend!“
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This restaurant is easy to walk by if you are in the downtown area, and they currently don’t have a dining in option but don’t let that stop you; they serve amazingly fresh and delicious sushi. We ordered the California roll, Philly roll, spicy tuna roll, and OMG roll. All of these were delicious. We went back the next day to have all of the same sushi again for dinner. Highly recommend. All of it is a good price and the sushi is definitely a high quality.“
“Honestly, very good bulgogi at a simple, fast-executed take-out style kitchen. If you’re looking for a good meal tasting and you’re in a rush and on a budget. This place might be for you.Their rice, noodle and bulgogi combo is really good! And don’t sleep on the extra meat!Surprisingly good food for it being neighbored to a gas station!“
“I only get donuts for my employees here but the owner super sweet and helpful you must get there right when they open if wanting a large order These truly are the best donuts I’ve had in Seattle and they are nice and warm only place I purchase donuts and I no longer work near this location but I will go out of my way whenever I want to buy for the entire office I usually buy 4 boxes never disappoints he always throws in a little free donut holes and one for the road for me I appreciate the variety as well and I am not a donut eater anymore will visit soon for my employees they love them“
“Very good and filling bento lunch from a cute yet modern hole-in-the-wall type place. Not to mention the price is very reasonable for downtown Seattle so you get your money’s worth! I’d recommend ordering ahead as it gets busy during lunch. Also they’re not messing around when it comes to their spicy katsu.“
“A great place to stop by and pick up lunch during a tight work break! As someone who works in downtown Seattle, I'm always on the hunt for a new lunch spot and was happy to hear there was a new offering for donburi in the central business district. There's a great selection of different kinds of bentos/donburis to suit different palettes with cooked and raw options. I take the karai bento as a go to option which has generous amounts of sashimi paired with some poke, pickles and seaweed salad. Definitely not a traditional bento or don by any means but it doesn't detract from the fact that it is tasty and reasonably priced. Service is quick so don't be discouraged by the long lines! It definitely gets packed during the lunch rush. Seating is limited to nonexistent so be prepared to takeaway to eat somewhere else!“
“Thank you to the person who wrote a review on short rib bone soup! It’s very Very VERY delicious and flavorful. I like that the soup come with a little bit glass noodle too. The ban Chan is as good as usual! Feel satisfied after a hot meal. ??service is friendly too.“
“It's felt like "Korean Chipotle" vibe. More like American Korean with sauces and spice. I loved the purple rice! I highly recommend to go with purple rice rather than white. it gave more texture and flavor to bowl. The bulgogi beef was nice and was in good quantity. You can customize the topping and sauces as needed. I would have definitely enjoyed it more if the chili sauce or heat wave sauce would be more spicer. This would definitely be my Korean Chipotle moving forward.“
“Fast and delicious Korean bites.Clean process along with various selections is highly recommended!!Tasty and want to visit again if I could travel this city once again.Parking: We ought to park near this building and pay for An Hour (that minimum starts) even for pickup which takes a quarter?“
“Very good modern spin on Korean food. Meat and fish preparations were expertly crafted. Sampled a large swath of the menu and enjoyed everything. One disappointing thing was dessert, but server kindly took that off the tab.Vegetarian options: Slim pickings. Roasted Brussels sprouts and potato small bites were excellent but not sure if they had meat components like bacon.Parking: There is a paid parking lot right across the street but spendy. Also close to a theater, so if there is a show in town, options dwindle and prices go up.Kid-friendliness: Well behaved kids should not be a problem.“
“Honestly I am scared to share this place with anyone. It's great value and delicious. There's a huge variety of things to try, so much that I have my next 3 orders already nailed down. They have Chinese American, teriyaki, and Korean food! The owner was so sweet and friendly as well. Just a great time overall. Katsu rating was a 8.5/10 pretty darn good, crispy, not dry and well seasoned!“
“Ohana kitchen is super good! The food is some of if not the best Hawai'ian food outside of Hawai'i. I know this because my wife and father-in-law are from there and they both said it's just like eating back at home! We got the Kaliu pig, chicken katsu and BBQ chicken plates and they did not disappoint!“
“First time hereThe fish cones real cute and priced fairly.I was a bit perplexed when I first showed up. It seemed I was standing waiting to order for 20 minutes while a line formed behind me.The folks working there seemed to be doing a training. At last he told me that it was a screen based ordering system and I felt dumb.Kid-friendliness: Kids love it“
