first time trying one and did the rib eye bowl with the yum yum sauce and tried the Kimchi cucumber. I can't stop thinking about it, it was so good, I want to more!!
We used to love getting Seoul Bowl around 2021-2022, then stopped for a little while because the chicken quality started to decline. We recently gave it another try and it is sooo good, back to the original quality that we remembered! The sauced wings, spicy pork bowl, rice cakes, and chicken sandwich are our usual favorites. We tried the chicken tenders recently for our toddler and OMG they are actually so good. It's hard to even classify them mentally as chicken tenders because...read full review
Had a dr appointment and wanted some kind of hot chicken. Don’t like Dave’s but I was close and saw Seoul bowl. Really some of the best fried chicken in the city. They must use baking soda because there are layers. Chicken is hand cut I think. Very hot. Obviously cooked to order. Fries were good and the little cabbage salad was good. The two young ladies working were awesome. Just a very good restaurant and very well priced. Way better than other offerings

Seoul Bowl Seattle University is a popular Korean restaurant that offers a variety of delicious and fresh dishes. The Spicy Pork Bowl is a customer favorite, with its flavorful and satisfying taste. The restaurant is known for its quick service and consistent quality, whether you visit the Seattle University or Bellevue location.
The menu also features other Korean specialties, such as the Sweet Spicy Chicken sandwich, Mandu, and Sweet Mash Potato. While the sandwich could use better balance between the salad and sauce, the Mandu is praised for its taste, though it would be better served with a separate sauce cup. The Sweet Mash Potato is an unexpected cold side dish.
Customers appreciate the restaurant's focus on providing a quick, balanced, and tasty meal. In addition to the Korean-inspired dishes, the restaurant also offers Korean fried chicken, chicken sandwiches, and a fun atmosphere with Korean music, snacks, and claw machines.
However, some customers have noticed changes in the restaurant's interior and a decline in the quality of the fried chicken, with the radish tasting mushy and old. Despite these changes, the bulgogi bowls remain a consistent favorite.
Overall, Seoul Bowl Seattle University is a go-to spot for delicious and authentic Korean cuisine, offering a quick and satisfying dining experience.
