I don't know if the restaurant is going through a remodel, but they had certain sections barricaded off, which made the place feel dumpy.. The energy for being a Friday night was low. The staff seemed to bothered to be working. And the food was OK The sauces were served in plastic containers as if they were to go cups rather than an elevated dining experience.
Revel has been one of the best restaurants in Seattle for years! The food the vibes just everything! The menu changes over the seasons but omg always so good!
We've been long-time patrons of Revel, and it rarely disappoints. Our server, Nicolas, was tops; attentive, knowledgeable, and deeply familiar with the menu, daily specials, and cocktail program. Revel shouldn't be viewed as a traditional Korean restaurant. Its cuisine is better described as East Asian-inspired, balancing beloved mainstays with new dishes worth exploring.
