Went here with some friends a few weeks ago and absolutely LOVED it, everything is at the buffet except the main meats so the vegan in our party had a great time. Also, little to not risk of food waste as you can get only as much as you want. Flushing is very cool and it was a great time
One of my favorite places for hotpot in Bellevue area. Do make good use of the online waitlist especially on weekends, as it can get really really crowded.
-1 star for the fact that servings and quality is inconsistent but not typically horrible. 1 order of food during AYCE never ends up close to quantity listed on tablet, sometimes more, sometimes less.

Awesome food experience and great and healthy taste

Happy Lamb Hot Pot is a popular Chinese restaurant in Seattle known for its hot pot dining experience. The staff, including the friendly and professional server, help customers navigate the extensive menu. The restaurant offers an "all you can eat" option, where diners can cook a variety of proteins and vegetables in the boiling broth. Customers often praise the fantastic lamb and fresh vegetables, while noting that the beef quality can be inconsistent, especially on weekends when prices are higher. The hot pot is very hot and the soup is very soupy, with the meat being very meaty and the presentation nice. Seafood like octopus and shrimp balls are fresh, and the vegetables are high-quality and fresh as well. The broth options, particularly mushroom and bone broth, are enjoyed, with the spicy broth being flavorful but oily. The all-you-can-eat menu is reasonably priced, usually around $30–$40 per person, with better weekday rates. The restaurant's atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and family-friendly, making it a pleasant place for gatherings. Many customers appreciate the reasonable prices and the birthday promotion, which offers a free meal within three days of the birthday. However, service can be slower during busy weekends, and there can be issues like no mobile signals inside and difficulty getting attention for drinks or extra orders. Parking is ample, and the restaurant is a good choice for birthday celebrations, friend gatherings, and family get-togethers.
