One of my favorite places for hotpot in Bellevue area. Do make good use of the online waitlist especially on weekends, as it can get really really crowded.

-1 star for the fact that servings and quality is inconsistent but not typically horrible. 1 order of food during AYCE never ends up close to quantity listed on tablet, sometimes more, sometimes less.

The food was fine, it was fresh and presented nicely. The portions were a bit small. Different broths and sauce bar must be added on. The more expensive “package” probably isn’t worth it. Would try another place rather than coming back.

Quality of food is nice except for the salad bar. It’s a mess, seems unsanitary. And they should just include it in the price and ask what you want. It’s not true ayce since you get only three rounds but it’s a lot of food so very few people will eat more than that. Some of the broths use mala which is an interesting spice, causes mild numbness and has a strong after taste which I don’t particularly like so I get the non spicy broth....
