Deranged amount of choices, every food you can think of - they have it + variants. You cook for yourself so put on your Anthony Bourdain hat and don't get chicken if you're a noob. The service here sucks after they seat you, sour-faced employees come and go, but the occasional smiler emerges; you order on an iPad. The food here is much more important than the staff though, if you're hungry they'll take care of you

Mars was very pleasant to deal with and has great customer service skills. He was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel very well taken care of. We really appreciated his hospitality.

It was a feast! There was so much food to enjoy and plenty of great choices. Mars even gave us the VIP table, which made the experience feel extra special. It was a really nice touch and made our meal even more enjoyable.

One of my favorite places for hotpot in Bellevue area. Do make good use of the online waitlist especially on weekends, as it can get really really crowded.

-1 star for the fact that servings and quality is inconsistent but not typically horrible. 1 order of food during AYCE never ends up close to quantity listed on tablet, sometimes more, sometimes less.
