Taiwan beef noodle soup at Nan Noodle — really solid choice. The broth was rich and savory with a nice depth of spice, and the beef was tender enough to fall apart with your chopsticks. Noodles had a great chewy bite. Portion was generous without being overwhelming. Definitely hits the spot if you’re craving something comforting and flavorful. Would order again🔥🔥🔥👍🏾👍🏾
