Excellent 🥘, great portions.
Best noodle in the area!
This has been on my Google Maps saved list for so long! Every dish was so delicious. I got the:
- Maocai / Mala Hot Pot (new dish) in Umami Miso Base: HUGE portions and added so many toppings!
- Sichuan Spicy Chicken: super crispy and has a kick
- Sliced Pork with Garlic Sauce: Sooo flavorful! Definitely a must try.
- 8.99 Nine Nine Noodle: Their signature noodle
- Maocai / Mala Hot Pot (new dish) in Umami Miso Base: HUGE portions and added so many toppings!

Noodle Nine is a very affordable and delicious spot. The food is flavorful and authentic, with options to adjust spiciness. Popular dishes include the Nine Noodles, Sweet Water Noodles, tomato noodles, and the Nine Nine (or Dan Dan) noodles. The meat in the braised beef soup is very tender and not too greasy. The cucumber salad is a perfect addition to the wontons, and the Green Grape Jasmine tea is very good. Other menu items like pig ear, beef shank, wonton soup, and pork with garlic sauce are also great. Handmade noodles are featured, and the 碗杂面 Sichuan Zajiang Pea Noodle is a good choice for dry noodles. The service is warm and welcoming. The order system uses a QR code on the table to open a tab and order, making it easy to split the check. Overall, this is a solid spot with fresh, well-balanced flavors, highly recommended for spicy Chinese food lovers.
