Stopped in for dinner on a Wednesday evening. We were seated immediately. There’s a QR code on the table to open a tab and order. Anyone at the table can order, and the system keeps track of who orders what to make it easier if you want to split the check later.
We were a party of two, and weren’t super hungry. We got the Nine Noodles, Sweet Water Noodles, pickled daikon, and scallion pancakes. Everything was really delicious- very fresh, and the flavors...

Both the tomato noodles & the Nine Nine (or Dan Dan) noodles were great. I could use a little more sauce in the Nine Nine noodles, but that’s just preference. I do think the ratio of noodles to meat is slightly off & tipped to noodles, but the flavors were there.
Solid spot overall - I hope they expand & open one up in Seattle.
