“We just had a fantastic experience at Nine Way Redmond! Our authentic noodle dishes were unlike anything we've ever had and were absolutely delicious. We enjoyed a citrus fruit tea and a taro smoothy, both of which were unique and decadent. The staff was so incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome and appreciated. We highly recommend that you have an authentic meal at Nine Way!“

“Great hotpots from Taiwan. Fast service, clean environment. We like the house special pot and the lamb hotpots. Good for both winter and summer dining! The wait time in Redmond store seems to be shorter than the one in Bellevue, easier parking too.“

“I’ve tried both the combo and non-combo options, and the non-combo can easily cost $100 per adult. The combo, though, is really a steal. It includes the soup base, sauce bar, meat or fish slices, vegetables, rice or noodles, and even a drink, all for just $19.9 or $24.9. In the Seattle area, a single bowl of pho can easily go for twenty bucks. I used to be a loyal fan of Boiling Point during the winter, but recently, the portions have gotten really small, so now it looks like Haidilao is going to be my new go-to.
The downside is that the combo is only available from 11 AM to 5 PM on weekdays.
Customer service is excellent, and they offer 3-hour parking validation as well.“

“The hotpot I eat most often with friends is Lao Pier. The first time I ate flying pancakes was at Lao Pier. Now that I think about it, it still tastes delicious.“

“This is our top choice for hot pot in Seattle! The ingredients, service, and ambiance are all fantastic. It gets quite busy during peak hours, so making a reservation in advance saves a lot of waiting time.
Today, I made a reservation about 10 minutes before arriving, and we got seated fairly quickly. Even then, the waiting area was packed. It was just me and my younger daughter dining today, and we were given a large round table meant for 6-8 people without being asked to share. I asked to move to a smaller booth, but was told I’d need to rejoin the queue. It would be great if the restaurant could be a bit more flexible with table assignments!
This was also our first time trying the all-you-can-eat option with one adult and one child, and it was perfect! Portion sizes were just right to let us taste a variety of foods without waste. Overall, a very satisfying experience – we’ll definitely be back!
Parking: Parking available in front and back of the restaurant
Kid-friendliness: High chairs available; tomato, bone, or mushroom broth options suitable for kids!“

“Lunch set meal
The decoration feels nostalgic in the 80s-90s style
Everything is packed in small bowls, and sesame oil comes in small cans.
In addition to condiments, the side dish table also has white fungus soup, grapes and Sichuan pickles, which are pretty good.
I ordered the beef and lamb combo. I felt that the quality of the meat was average and it was all in small pieces.
Some ingredients are quite distinctive, such as broadsword kidney slices, brain slices, etc.
Overall, the lunch set is average value for money. If you eat it normally, it's basically just right.
Compared with the rest of the lunch set, I think the meat of happy lamb is of higher quality and there are more snacks at the side table.“

“This place ROCKS! Not only is the food delicious, but the service is superb. We can get a little busy at times but they deal with it by giving you a text to let you know when your table is ready. And the best part... they celebrated my partner's birthday by giving her a free drink and a free meal! We will be back!
Dietary restrictions: My partner is pescatarian and they were very easily accommodated.“

“This restaurant offers a very unique braised pot dish that is perfect for meat lovers like myself. I love that you can choose from different combinations of meats, which makes every meal customizable and satisfying. Their sauce is also quite special and adds a great flavor to the dishes. I’ve ordered takeout from here many times, and it never disappoints! The only downside is that the prices are a bit high, but other than that, I have no complaints. Highly recommended for fellow meat enthusiasts!“

“Need a long wait if come at dinner time. The thing I couldn’t understand is after you pay for your meal, there’s no seats. Had wait still my food is ready, than finally there’s seat available. Not the best taste Chinese’s malatang, cost me $40 to get full, expensive.“

“The food at this restaurant is extremely delicious, and I highly recommend trying the braised noodles! Be prepared for a long wait time, as this place is quite popular. Dining here requires a bit of self-service, so be ready to take care of some things on your own. Despite the wait and the self-service aspect, the fantastic flavors and quality of the dishes make it all worthwhile. Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy a meal if you have some patience and are ready for a bit of a hands-on experience.“

“While Google still think this place is still Hot Pot Factory, and the Chinese name is still Noodles Everyday, but neither name reflects the menu of this place at this time. There is now a big sign on the window, stating they have a Chinese lunch box for $14. They now serve this all day, every day. They do have a couple of soup noodles left on the menu, as well as some stir fried pancakes. But their main thing is now the hot food bar. You select 3 hot dishes out of the hot food bar, and the nice lady ladles them over a big plate of rice for $14.We decided to try this out for lunch today, and this is probably the best deal in the Seattle area these days for authentic Chinese lunch plates at a low price.Their hot bar food selection changes daily, but some of the things we tried were good: Garlic sauce pork, family style Fried tofu, stewed pork belly, eggplants stir fried with minced pork. They had 4 vegetarian dishes out of the 21 hot dishes you can choose from. If you go in as they open though, some of the dishes will not be available as they are still preparing fresh. If you arrive about 40 minutes after they open, the bar should be pretty much full. They also have some cold food selections including Fu Chi Fei Pian, thin sliced pork esrs, and pork head cheese. For $10, you can choose 2 items from the cold bar, and you get a nice plate of those items as appetizers. If you are in the area, and hungry for some authentic chinese food, definitely worth a visit. Your taste buds and your budget will thank you.“
