Broth is very good without any spice or sauce in it. I got the steak and meatballs pho. Portions were small. Not a lot of meat involved or noodles. Also, the plate that comes with it (beansprouts, lime, mint) was a small portion as well. It was also lunch time & they were very busy. Good pho and taste though.
I'd highly recommend walking or taking transit here. Parking is hard to come by as it's in the midst of all of the apartments and businesses in downtown Bellevue. The place gets packed very quickly midday as workers swarm during their lunch hour. It's very casual and doesn't have too much seating, although a few tables are available outside in nice weather.
