Seriously, it's one of the best restaurants we've been to in Bellevue. Between the service, presentation, atmosphere, etc. and all the staff was amazing and personable.We even had someone from the front desk run down to the garage to make sure we got parking validated or to swipe us out. They have a good tipping/commissions sharing plan so I guess all the workers are well compensated and happy. All the food was amazing too. (We had the specials of halibut and sword fish). My roommate and I went to El Gaucho Bellevue for restaurant week. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We had creme brulee for dessert and it was the best we had both ever had! I will definitely be going back!
