“We were visiting Seattle from New York, so we searched on Google and found the best reviews of Shahana Steakhouse. We decided to stop by for the Ramadan Buffet (we visited a couple more restaurants in Seattle), so the best Iftar buffet and the out-of-class service in the Seattle area is here, with excellent customer service and a perfectly managed buffet. I noticed they were crazy busy on weekdays. The restaurant was full of people, and there was a long line; the staff served dates in the line and continued filling the dishes with food, even for families that were joining very late. Everything was fresh and warm, including their delicious pizza, fried chicken, and tikka boti. I loved Shahi Tukray; you must try it if you are there for a buffet. They even served the food at the tables for the customers who came in later. They came to us twice at our table to serve the food. Everything was very well set up, and there was fantastic management. I am going there for suhoor/breakfast and will let you all know about the homemade parathas and omelets. Stay tuned.“

“We've been coming to Novilho's since 2013, when a good friend recommended it to us as an excellent Brazilian churascarria steakhouse. This year, we decided to risk going on Valentine's Day, and we weren't disappointed. The salad bar is always a delight, with my spouse lingering over the selection of cheeses and olives while I got fresh greens, feijoada and rice, and scalloped potatoes. All of it was delicious and fresh, kept at the right temperature. If it wasn't for the meat, we would have made a meal off the side dishes and called ourselves happy. But the meat is well worth saving room for. My spouse, who's a huge fan of Novilho's, refuses to eat the chicken and pork and saves his meat intake for the steak (especially the picanha and filet mignon wrapped in bacon) and lamb. I'll eat all of it, and I had some of everything from the lamb to the crispy chicken thighs. The servers also came by with roasted pineapple, a new offering since the last time we came. It has me thinking that roasting a whole pineapple needs to become part of this summer's grilling repertoire for us! We could also devour 3 baskets of the pao de queijo between us, but after all the meat, we were lucky to empty just one. Seriously, the little "cheesy poofs" are too good to ignore. The service was excellent. Our hostess was friendly and cheerful, our servers attentive, and we felt welcome without feeling like anyone was hovering. It was a perfect Valentine's Day lunch, and we look forward to coming back soon.“

“I was in town for a special event, I haven't been here before and was amazed with every aspect of my experience. our server Charles was utterly fabulous. he was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and prompt. he made it feel like we were old friends. the steaks were perfectly cooked. I am 4 and 1/2 years sober, and to go out and enjoy an exquisite meal and only drink water can be a drag, but you all had an amazing selection of mocktails, my partners and I enjoyed immensely. I took the time to thank Charles for everything and got to meet Justin, letting him know how wonderful everything was. this will definitely be a regular stop anytime I visit.“

“We had an overall great experience here. The food was amazing and definitely the highlight. We ordered the charcuterie board, filet mignon board, yuca fries, burrata with roasted tomatoes, a couple of mocktails, the chocolate molten cake, and the tres leches cake. Everything was really good.
The yuca fries were different, i personally would not order them again. The burrata was on point and paired really well with the roasted tomatoes and bread. The drinks were not bad for zero alcohol. Our waitstaff were friendly.
The atmosphere is beautiful and really lends itself to gathering. It feels especially geared toward groups, so it would be perfect for a night out with friends, but it also works well for a smaller outing. I went with my daughter and we still had a great time.
The one issue was with the seating process. We had a reservation and asked to sit outside, we were walking towards one of the firepits when another staff member seated a walk-in group ( that came in behind us)there. It seemed like there was a lack of communication between staff, which was frustrating given that we had reserved ahead of time.
It didn’t ruin the night, but it did take away from the experience. With better coordination around reservations and seating, this place would easily be a top-tier experience.“

“On Christmas Eve about 4 o'clock my family left an event in downtown Seattle and were really hungry. We looked on line for something on our way home to Lake Forest Park that was open. There weren't many choices and this place had pretty good reviews and was open. We were a little leary when we drove up. It was in an off location and small and modest. When we went in the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The menu looked great and we all ordered. After tasting the gorgeous food and generous cocktails, we were hooked. We usually do not return to places as we like to try something new, but we will definitely return to Botteco Brazil, Shoreline.“

The roasted bone marrow appetizer alone is worth coming back for — rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The shoulder tenderloin trio was an unforgettable experience, with each mignon paired with different sauces and sides that truly elevate the dish. The wild-caught salmon was tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious. Overall, an excellent experience. We'll definitely be back at the first opportunity.“
