Rob took great care of us at the bar and made our first visit to Seattle memorable. We love “old school, clubby” steakhouse and MG hits the mark.“

“Easy to find in a prominent area on the lake of South Lake Union, a parking lot and valet service is readily available to restaurant customers.
Reservations recommended. Daniels Broiler offers at least four distinct dining environments, indoor, outdoor, bar and private room. Each has a distinct mood and all are lovely.
The service was nearly perfect, almost mechanical in precision and the staff clearly well trained.
The menu is what the experienced expect from an upscale steak house and the quality and preparation is on par, from the bacon wrapped scallops to the filet mignon but whatever you do, don't short change the dessert menu because it is amazing. The ports and ice wines list is challenging to even the strongly opinionated but the presentation of the cakes and ice creams are flamboyant and equally delicious.“

“The food was very medium and the portions were huge, probably twice what I normally eat.Even the drinks were very boozy, a glass of 🍷probably pours you 2/3 cups so full.I was a little surprised that there were macarons for dessert because it felt like a 21st century dessert 😂“

“I was in town for a special event, I haven't been here before and was amazed with every aspect of my experience. our server Charles was utterly fabulous. he was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and prompt. he made it feel like we were old friends. the steaks were perfectly cooked. I am 4 and 1/2 years sober, and to go out and enjoy an exquisite meal and only drink water can be a drag, but you all had an amazing selection of mocktails, my partners and I enjoyed immensely. I took the time to thank Charles for everything and got to meet Justin, letting him know how wonderful everything was. this will definitely be a regular stop anytime I visit.“
